    General Information

    ationalehrough participation in AIS after-school activities, students will develop new skills while workingollaboratively with their peers in developmentally age-appropriate activities not offered at homer within the context of the regular teaching and learning program.

    ow to RegisterRegistration is on a rst come - rst served basis and places are strictly limited.To register, simply complete the registration form on the last page of this document and bring it

    nto the Activities Office, located beside the business office.Do not fax or e-mail your application.Applications will only be processed if accompanied by payment.

    Payment is non-refundable. No credit will be issued for lessons missed.No conrmation will be sent to you. The office will only contact parents if there is a problem withour application.

    ismissalAll club participants will be escorted to the front lobby for dismissal. Pickup must berranged promptly at the designated time. No supervision is provided by teachers afterrop off in the front lobby. Students will wait with security in the front lobby if their rideas not arrived.
