DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES GSM Operations: (1800 MHz) Daily GSM KPI monitoring SDCCH Blocking/Drop, TCH Blocking/Drop ,RX DL/UL Quality, HOSR, CSSR, RASR,TASR. Daily worst cell analysis which have degraded the KPIs, traffic and utilization analysis. Dump audit and parameter discrepancy recommendation for different network strategies. Also playing with power (Optimizing threshold value) on worst cells of degraded DL Quality and TCH drop. Analysing and maintaining KPI such as SDCCH/TCH Congestion, Assignment Success Rate TASR, TCH/SDCCH Blocking Rate , Handover Success Rate for GSM network. Performing audits of the GSM network to achieve an optimal configuration. Recommend and implemented site antenna conversions, site sectorizations , optimal TRX configurations, MAIO configurations, capacity increases, frequency changes, hopping configurations, power settings, half-rate AMR, and Optimization of the GSM network. Maintaining Huawei specific GSM Features like MICC, EICC, IBCA, Power control algorithms etc. Also working on counter parts KPI and analysing the same. Taking suitable actions for degraded KPIs after implemented the CR, comparing PRE and POST data. Also working on Data KPIs TBF Drop, DL/UL Throughput, DLMS, MCUE, Soft blocking, PDTCH utilization. Analysis of 2G drive Log files in Probe Assistance software for Site Acceptance purpose. Also giving technical solution and resolution for complaints regarding Coverage, Quality and Throughput issues.

DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

GSM Operations: (1800 MHz) Daily GSM KPI monitoring SDCCH Blocking/Drop, TCH Blocking/Drop ,RX DL/UL Quality, HOSR,

LTE Operations: (1.4 MHz or Narrow band LTE)

Daily KPI monitoring for LTE, just launched in May-2016 in Amravati (MAH). Daily worst cells analysis KPIs Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Integrity and Quality. Monitoring Accessibility KPIs CSSR, RRC Success, Erab Success, CSFB Success rate, finding worst

and analysing them then implement action plans. In Retainability KPIs PS Drop Rate, PS Blocking Rate monitoring on daily basis. In Mobility KPIs HOSR, LTE to LTE, LTE to GSM. Also monitoring Integrity KPIs PDSCH and PUSCH Utilization rate, Max RRC Connected Users, Data

Volume, Average DL/UL PDCP Throughput, MAX DL/UL PDCP Throughput. Also Check the quality KPIs DL/UL PDCP SDU loss rate.

WCDMA Operations: (900/1800 MHz Vodafone UE) May-2013 to Dec-2014

Achieve & maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the contracted KPIs (RRC & RAB setup

Success Rate, Setup Success Rate, SHO, ISHO & IFHO). KPIS like RSRAN073 RSRAN079 RSRAN104,RSRAN131,RSRAN067, RSRAN045, and RSRAN104 daily

monitoring. Optimization of existing & new network which includes KPI analysis such as CSSR, RAB-RRC setup &

retention, call drop, pilot pollution, handover (Softer, Soft, IRAT), server inconsistencies problem, power control, cell breathing etc.

Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover,CSSR, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate for all Voice calls.

Frequency Optimization & Handover Optimization to remove interference. Monitoring the planning of Coverage and Capacity sites including Micro, Macro, and IBS.. Successfully optimized two cities P3 Project for 3G network (the cities became no. 1 in P3 Project

of Vodafone) as RF Engineer (Optimization) Neighbour assessment and addition deletion by using RSRAN045 & RSRAN046 Planning preventive initiatives such as maintaining KPIs during festival extra voice/SMS traffic. Also

trying new ways like parameter changes to improve worst cells KPI. Analysis and Post processing for Regular Site Migrations and for any up gradation. Analysing Low CSSR 3G Sites Frequency Optimization &Handover Optimization to remove interference.. Analyse low and high utilized cells and guide planning team in releasing action plan accordingly. Having command over RF parameters and Network Doctor reports used in Nokia system. Responsible to Analyse the KPIs after Integration & Activation with the help of Reporting Suits. Cluster tuning and optimization using Actix for Event analysis (Call setup failure, PS Attach Failure

Call drop & SHO) and Layer 3 Messaging.
