Where is Alcatraz located?
Alcatraz is located in the San Francisco Bay, 1.25 miles offshore from San Francisco, California, United States.
These are the 3 criminals who managed to escape the top security prison, Alcatraz.

Allen West was the one who plan to escape, but he got stuck in his hole in the cell. Soon after he got out but his friends left . He went back into his cell and he
got left behind.

got out, but his friends left already. He went back into his cell and he got left behind. When
questioned he told the guards what was safe to say. He didn’t tell where they went or what they did to
escape.

What did Allen West have to do with the escape plan?
Allen West was the mastermind behind the entire escape plan. He put up blankets on the wall and the guards let him keep the blankets up for over one month. He put them up to cover the mischief and the items he had to use to attempt to escape. However, the guards thought the blankets were there to capture dust created from West’s sweeping chores. West, Morris, and the Anglin brothers met up in the morning at the same table drinking coffee and they talked about their escape plan. They were also planning inside their cells because their cells were right next to each other. They put their ears to the wall and talked about the plan.
What were the items the escapees used to escape the prison, Alcatraz?
First, they used nail clippers to dig through cement walls. That took several months to dig through. Next, they painted fake walls to hide the holes in their cells. Then, they made dummy heads out of toilet paper, cardboard, cement chips, and human hair from the prison barbershop. Finally, they made a raft out of raincoats.

Did the three victims survive?
There were two mysterious abnormally tall women with tons of makeup in long dresses lurking in the shadows at the funeral of Mrs. Anglin. A bouquet of flowers was also delivered to the Anglin brothers mother every Mother’s Day. No note was with the flowers. Many people believe it was the Anglin brothers at the funeral and that they were the ones sending the flowers every year. The flowers stopped being sent after she died. There was no sighting of Frank Morris and the others after the escape, so no one really knows.
Perfect Plan
After making all the perfect materials and the hard work to escape, they attempted the deadly plan to get out of Alcatraz once and for all. They were never seen again.
