in our application over the last several y9ars.

Our application, ASON+, is an online Tandem-based service order negotiation system,used by hundreds of service reps across the Ameritech region (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan,

Ohio and Wisconsin), to help them discuss telephone services with customers and place

the orders for the service to be provisioned and billed accurately.

When Akhil came on the team he demonstrated very quickly an aptitude to leam and in a

very short time was given responsibilities fpr more analysis and design than his peers,

becoming a Subject Matter Expert on sonle of our more complex products and utilities.

Akhil has most recently served as the Defect Resolution Manager for our application -

which shows not only his proficiency in select areas but also his aptitude to gain a broad

overview of the entire system and be able to respond to problems in literally hundreds of

different programs. This role has enabled him to develop good communication skills,

customer focus, the ability to delegate effectively and to monitor status and respondimmediately to perceived crises. He has excelled at all those responsibilities.

Akhil has also demonstrated excellent leadership capabilities, shepherding his newer co-workers in their technical assignments, and he has shown a constant willingness to devise

creative solutions that offer repeatable, flexible benefits, such as developing new utilitiesfor our analysts, to improve efficiency in analysis.

He is an indispensable part of our team, who works as hard or harder than anyone else,attending to requests until everyone is satisfied, no matter how many hours it takes. I am

certain you will value his performance as much as we have.
