o f t e n c i t e d i n order to dele gate cases i n which the Supreme
Court of F l o r i d a be li ev es that disc over y or other lengthy
processes may be needed to as ce rt ai n the v e r i t a b i l i t y of a
d i s p u t e d or otherwise u ns et tl ed questi on of f a c t . That

UnitedStates of America. Movant hereby provides f o r t h w i t h ,
a c e r t i f i e d copy of such t e r r i b l y damning documentary
evidence, l a w f u l l y c e r t i f i e d by a Deputy Clerk, in P i n e l l a s
County, F l o r i d a , on A p r i l 4, 2013, a date which may invoke
the remembrance of the t r a g i c day when one of Alabama's
g r e a t e s t men. Dr. Martin Luther Ki ng , J r . , was shot and
k i l l e d . He knew that the purety of Law would u l t i m a t e l y
trump the f o r c e f u l t a c t i c s of man, and h i s w i l l to power.
The person named i n the attac hed document has admitted
