Al Fresco Dining for Outdoor Week

Week commencing 3rd July 2017

Dear Parents/Carers, To compliment Outdoor Week and building on the success of last year, we would like to invite you to dine with the children ‘al fresco’ (weather permitting!). A copy of the menu is attached. This celebration goes on all week long; if your child doesn’t usually have a school dinner every day of the week and you would like them to participate please complete and return the relevant form overleaf together with your payment of £11.00* by Monday, 19th June. (*There is no charge for Reception, Year 1 & 2 children). Please note your child cannot choose individual days, they MUST either have a school meal every day for this week or continue with their existing meal pattern. Unfortunately, due to the restriction on space we are only able to invite a maximum of 32 guests per day, with spaces divided equally between the classes. Initially there can only be one adult per child depending on demand and places will be allocated strictly on a first come first served basis.

If you wish to join your child for lunch please complete the relevant attached form and bring it with your payment of £2.20 before Monday, 19th June to the school office where you will be issued with a ticket. Please note that the meal provided will be a child sized portion. The children thoroughly enjoyed this experience last year and I sincerely look forward to it being as successful again this year.
