AutotrophAn organism capable of synthesizing its

own food from inorganic substances, using light or chemical

I chose this picture for autotroph because the plant behind the case of

“the bull” makes it on food.

the transfer of pollen from the anther to the stigmaPollination

This Picture represents pollination because the bee rubs up against the anther and gets covered in pollen, and goes to the next plant and rubs off some of the pollen and picks some up.

Digestion

The process by which food is broken down into simple chemical compounds

Mmmm I love Red Bull…. Anyway. This shows digestion because it is the first part of the process of digestion. Intake.

Carbon Dioxide The process in green plants and certain

other organisms by which carbohydrates are synthesized from carbon dioxide and water using light as an energy source

Adaptationthe ability of a species to survive in a particular ecological niche, esp. because of alterations of form or behavior brought about through natural selection.

This represents an adaptation because I am a primate, so I have a thumb which was adapted from the need to grasp things

An animal that feeds on smaller plant-eating animals in a food chain.

Secondary Consumer

This illustrates a secondary consumer because my dog eats other animals. Well not usually, but before it was domesticated my dog would eat small rodents and such.

BacteriaAny of a large group of one-celled organisms that lack a cell nucleus

This shows why this represents bacteria

(Contains active yogurt cultures including L acidophilus and B bifidus)
