RapidNet fibre is a pre-terminated “plug & play” solution which doesn’t require on site termination and testing, the mostlabour intensive aspect of any installation. This dramatically reduces installation time.

RapidNet fibre cassettes present 12 factory terminated and tested LC connections with each LC connector machine polishedto ensure the insertion loss is kept to a minimum. Each RapidNet fibre cassette is inserted into a 1U metal blank patch panelthat has 4 rectangular openings offering 48 LC connections per 1U panel.

The RapidNet fibre optic cable contain fibres with Tetracoat® protection, non metallic aramid strength members(incorporating a moisture protection system) and a flame retardant LSOH® (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath. (RapidNetfibre is only available in tight buffered cable)
