Scope of ApplicationThe scope of supply for this produced water treatment package consists of 2 x 28” deoiling hydrocyclone vessels with ‘quick opening’ closures and associated equipment, along with 1 x Compact Flotation Unit (CFU) consisting of 1 x CFU vessel and associated equipment, including oil-in-water analysers. Also included is 1 x chemical injection system to support both the CFU (if required) and other client equipment.

Application PerformanceThe package is designed to treat produced water with an inlet oil concentration of up to 4% (by volume) to achieve a guaranteed outlet of <40 ppm(v), using high capacity deoiling hydrocyclones.
