La corrosione dell’acciaio comporta alti costi di riparazione e manutenzione. Il pre-trattamento della superficie e l’utilizzo del sistema anticorrosione più adatto per il substrato da rivestire migliorerà la vita della struttura dipinta.

Questi tre primer anticorrosione Alesta® ZeroZinc sono prodotti utilizzando la tecnologia High Density Crosslinking (HDC), per rafforzare l’effetto barriera del primer e creare un rivestimento completamente sigillato che isola il substrato dal suo ambiente.
I primer Alesta® ZeroZinc:
• Hanno eccellenti proprietà di adesione con il substrato e la finitura• Appartengono alla seconda generazione di primer epossidici realizzati per garantire
alta resistenza anticorrosiva agli edifici sottoposti alle più severe condizioni ambientali e climatiche, al sole e all’umidità
• Sono prodotti e testati secondo le classi di corrosività e durabilità stabilite dallo standard ISO 12944-6

Corrosion of steel leads to high repair and maintenance costs. Surface pre-treatment and the use of the most appropriate anticorrosion system on the substrate to be coated will extend the life of the painted structure.

These three Alesta® ZeroZinc anticorrosion primers are formulated using High Density Crosslinking (HDC) technology. It strengthens the barrier effect of the primer, creating a completely sealed coating that isolates the substrate from its environment.
These Alesta® ZeroZinc primers:
• Have excellent adhesion properties with the substrate and the topcoat• Belong to the second generation of epoxy primers made to bring high
anticorrosion resistance to buildings exposed to the most severe environmental conditions, climate, sun, humidityetc.

Estas tres imprimaciones anticorrosivas Alesta® ZeroZinc se han formulado usando la tecnología High Density Crosslinking (HDC). Esta tecnología de reticulación de alta densidad refuerza el efecto barrera de la imprimación para crear un revestimiento completamente sellado que aísla el sustrato de su entorno.
Las imprimaciones Alesta® ZeroZinc:
• Poseen excelentes propiedades de adherencia con el sustrato y el acabado • Pertenecen a la segunda generación de imprimaciones epoxi, que ofrecen gran

A / Para soportes de acero y acero galvanizado, la norma ISO 12944-2 proporciona seis categorías de corrosividad (C1 es solo para interiores)

*Durabilidad : baja: < 5 años; media: 5 - 15 años; alta: > 15 años
1 – IDENTIFICACIÓN DEL ENTORNO AMBIENTAL:Escoger el ambiente en el que va a usar su producto:
¿Cómo elegir el sistema anticorrosivo más adecuado para su aplicación?
2 – IDENTIFICACIÓN DEL TIEMPO DE VIDA:Escoger el tiempo de vida necesario. Los ciclos de vida útil se dividen en intervalos de cinco años que permiten seleccionar el sistema de recubrimiento en polvo más adecuado a sus necesidades.
3 – IDENTIFICACIÓN DEL SOPORTE:La identificación del sustrato que vamos a recubrir depende de su naturaleza y/o diseño:• Sustratos ferrosos (metales con bajo contenido en carbono, aleaciones, hierro forjado etc.)• Soporte susceptible a desgasificado (fundición, acero galvanizado, acero zincado)• Partes con bordes afilados• Aluminio (perfil, láminas)N.B. : la durabilidad estimada tiene en cuenta la frecuencia de limpieza de las superficies pintadas dependiendo de la corrosividad del ambiente.
