ProjectScope

Nebraska School Activities Association Office Building located at 500 Charleston Street Lincoln, Nebraska.

The structure is a two story office building. Face brick and decorative masonry units with a large

glass atrium for the entrance. The interior of the office building will include office

space, media rooms, conference rooms, kitchen along with other uses in a typical office building.

The roofing system to this project will be a minimal pitched single ply roofing system.

Work also includes all site work necessary, new fire sprinkler system, new electrical service and landscaping.
