DESCRIPTION

Other interactive studios are like canned goods. We are your mom´s chicken pot pie. In just 6 years, we have grown to become the most traditional interactive studio in Brazil. And don´t think we had an easy time getting here using the most cutting edge technology and design artwork. We are traditional because we stick to the old school method of working. We treat each client as unique, not like a part of an assembly line. Our production line is like a tailor´s sewing needle, weaving fine crafted digital campaigns and marketing plans. We create brand identity projects, promotional websites, multimedia presentations, e-commerce stores and social networking websites, one by one. However great craftsmen we may be, we will never become a large or modern digital agency. We prefer how things were done in the old days: patiently looking at details from up close, paying attention to every drawn pixel.

In just 6 years, we have grown to become

the most traditional interactive studio in Brazil.

And don´t think we had an easy time getting here

using the most cutting edge technology and design

artwork. We are traditional because we stick to the

old school method of working. We treat each client

as unique, not like a part of an assembly line.

Our production line is like a tailor´s sewing needle,

weaving fine crafted digital campaigns and marketing

plans. We create brand identity projects, promotional

websites, multimedia presentations, e-commerce

stores and social networking websites, one by one.

However great craftsmen we may be, we will

never become a large or modern digital agency.

We prefer how things were done in the old days:

patiently looking at details from up close,

paying attention to every drawn pixel.

Other interactive studios are like canned goods. We are your mom´s chicken pot pie.

So, applying the traditional methodology of sewing a suit to the

work we develop at Alfaiataria, we came up with the following

steps for all of our projects:

PlanningThe beginning, the understanding of client’s needs.

ConceptionThe solution for the problem we were given.

ProductionTo put in pieces, systems, codes and words the solution created.

DevelopmentTo make sure the final product delivers exactly what it was created to.

Q.A. testingQuality control methodology to ensure effectiveness for the final product.

Consulting A long term relationship to make sure the product or service developed keeps delivering through time.

Creating the best interactive pieces for a client is not

too different from sewing the perfect suit. The first

step is always getting the measurements correctly.

Right after understanding the client´s needs, we take

them to the drawing board. Once we have a nice and

unique sketch, our sewing needles start working to

transform this drawing into a piece.

However, having the piece created does not mean the

work is quite done. The next step is taking the piece

to the client so he can try it out for size. All necessary

corrections and adjustments are made so we manage

to match exactly needs, creating the perfect fit.

Finally, no matter how much weight the client might

lose or put on, we’ll always be there to extend a sleeve

or loosen the waist.

Can´t quite count on his eye sight accuracy, that´s why he wears those huge correction glasses and perhaps that´s why he´s always the one seeing details no one else noticed before. By the end of the

Daniel GriloArt Director

Known as the Cricket, has always been hyperactive and got into a lot of trouble with his classroom humor drawings. Studied Graphic Design at Brasilia Federal University (UNB) where he also noticed his obsession with rock bands and hardcore music.

Invested a lot of time with www.FamiliaDesign.com, a local admired creative collective from Brasilia, awarded with numerous prizes and exhibitions. Smoothly hopped between a lot of projects published for Coca-Cola, Nike, Petrobras e many other big clients that could never intimidate him with their global corporative policies.

Candida FragaProduction Coordinator

She wears two glasses at the same time, one on top of the other, maybe that´s the reason she´s so well fit with the other tailors

in the team. Such facial magnifying glasses bring her special powers in project detailing, team members psychology and

milestones scheduling.

Started her career at McCann Erickson Brazil and has experienced more than 20 years coordinating all kinds of

creative material production: films, audio, videos, graphic design and advertisement. Came to the interactive market place to finally mix all the medias she´s been working with and to put

into practice all lessons learned from the past.

Feels extremely happy in ordering and delivering all our jobs as fast as possible and setting the highest standards for

creativeness and quality control. Acting that way, she can enjoy her spare time walking around the block with our 2 dogs. In

fact, she´s the last person to live the office every night and the first one to come early in the morning. We´re still trying to

figured if all that effort is for the dogs of for the extra projects we´ve been getting.

Silvia VossInformation Architect

She simultaneously studied at 2 different universities, major in Graphic Design and Art Crafts. Still can´t understand how she managed such an heroic act, while also working as our 1st trainee employee back in 2004.

After a couple of years, she went for a ride in the advertisement market working in big agencies like Ogilvy and Rapp Collins. But after too much done, came back to work with us to keep creative freedom and to manage the IA dpt. A real artist at illustrations and system workflows.

As a good tailor, invests her spare time creating and sewing custom toy art products.
