ALFOGE AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY

By grace of the God Al Foge Contracting Established in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia the Year 1979 to begin its activities in the Field of Trade & Contracting. After the successes achieved in the field of contracting and in pace with expansion policy in the establishment and increase of volume of air conditioning works in the K.S.A. a branch for air conditioning and refrigerating established in Riyadh in 1982 to meet the stringent requirements of the market inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of designing and executing for the variety of electromechanical works and air conditioning projects. Today, after 30 years of set up, Al Foge company is on the top of the pyramid of

the distinguished establishments working in the filed of air conditioning in the K.S.A. , and this by help of the God and the trust of our clients in our company, and the incessant efforts of our elite engineers & skillful technicians who has developed and expand the company's works to be involved in designing, executing and supervising air conditioning works in different type of projects all over the Kingdom.

Our Objectives :

To provide an engineering and creative solutions in the field

of air conditioning to enable our customers to feel comfort

whether inside their homes or in their works, with conserving

the environment around us.

To improve strategic and fruitful relationship with our

partners, contracting companies, consultancy offices, agents

of manufacturers of A/C equipments and individuals, in

order to provide an integrated products and services to satisfy

aspirations of our partners and outstrip their expectations.

To train and employ Saudi youth who are willing to work in

the field of air conditioning.

To gain the trust of our customers and their persistent loyalty in

providing best and essential services in designing, executing,

and supervising the projects, in addition of continual

communication through our after sales services.

Al Foge Scope of Works :

Designing, Executing and Supervising different types of air conditioning projects.

Supply & installation A/C units working with chilled water

(Chillers) and its accessories, balancing water and air flow

with modern equipments.

Supply & installation package and split air conditioning

systems.

Manufacturing & installation of air conditioning ducts in our

factory which equipped with the most modern equipments

to produce air ducts in conformity with Sheet Metal & Air

conditioning Contractors National Association ( SMACNA ).

Supply & Installation of Building Management Systems

(BMS) and Direct Digital Controls (DDC) systems , in addition

to the electric boards relating to Central air conditioning

equipments.

Execution of maintenance works relating to air conditioning

systems through our OPTIMUM maintenance program.

Work Departments and Sections

Studies and Design Department : An elite of the specialized engineers in this department conduct the studies and designs of the air conditioning projects by making a provisional design, based on which a primary quotation is offered to the customer, as per the technical standards and the vision of the concerned engineer till all points of view conformity is reached for preparing the final design on which the contract is concluded. The study of projects is based on the software of the A/C manufacturing company for calculating the thermal loads and according to the recommendations of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and as per the standards of (SMACNA).

Projects Department :

This department consists of three main sections:

1- Projects Execution Section :

This section assumes the responsibility of executing all the

air conditioning projects layouts by skilled engineers and

technicians having long experience in the field of the execution

of air conditioning projects.

This section in turn is divided into two sub-sections:

Air conditioning equipments Installation Teams:

The company's engineers and technicians in this sub-section

install all types of air conditioning systems and equipments

as per the standards approved by the manufacturing company

as well as the layouts approved by the Studies and Design

Department.

The work of this sub-section starts immediately after signing

the contract with the customer, as the site preparation works

starts for the installation of the required equipments.

Air Ducts Fitting Teams :

The technicians of this subsection assume fitting all types of

air ducts and outlets as per the acknowledged international

criteria in this field.

2- Air Ducts Factory

This factory has been provided with equipments with high

technology to meet the project's requirements of air ducts.

Work in this factory is conducted by highly skilled technicians

specialized in this field and as per the (SMACNA) standards.

3- Follow up & Quality Control Section

This section is concerned with the follow-up of projects and

ensures their implementation at the highest quality standards

as per the approved lay-outs. The engineers in this section

ensure the work flow in the projects as per the time schedules

agreed upon in the contracts.

Sales & Marketing Department

Sales and Marketing Department is the linking bridge between

the customers and the company. Because of the importance

of the relationships between Alfoge Air Conditioning Co. and

its customers and partners, the company has devoted special

attention to this department as it has recruited professional

engineers and consultants to function in this department.

Sales and Marketing Department Co-Ordinates with our

partners, the manufacturer agents and the consultancy offices,

to deliver services which satisfy the customer's aspirations.

Sales & Marketing Department is keen to maintain fruitful and

permanentrelationshipswithourcustomersthroughcontinuous

follow-up and providing distinguished services at all times.

Financial Department

The Financial Department in the Company draws the financial

policy in which the work flow depends on.

The department is following up the projects from the financial

aspects to ensure of providing best products and services to the

customers by the use of high quality materials.

Maintenance Department OPTIMUM - Integrated A/C Maintenance Program

It is a vital and important department for converting after-

sales services. The specialists in this department performed

the necessary checks on the devices to be maintained and consequently find out the appropriate solution for eliminating

failures and ensure the fitness of the devices and effective

performance of its work. The Maintenance Department covers the guarantee provided

by the devices manufacturing company during the first year

after installation. The Maintenance Department has an integrated program

aiming at the maintenance of the air-conditioning equipments

and follow-up the periodic maintenance after the lapse of the

guarantee period for the first year. This program is entitled

OPTIMUM i.e. the Integrated Air Conditioning Maintenance Program. It is a program which enables the customers save

time and money through:

❁ Lengthening the A/C System Services.

❁ Minimizing the stoppage caused by non-compliance with the periodic maintenance.

❁ Making the A/C equipments work with high efficiency throughout the year.

❁ Maintain the continuous flow of fresh air into the buildings for reducing being hit by several diseases of the respiratory

system.

❁ Ensuring high quality maintenance works and genuine spare parts.

❁ Reduction of the electrical energy consumption.
