What is AlgoTradingFUN
AlgoTradingFUN is platform of algorithmic trade (robots) and based on it
services, which were created to exclude the negative human influence
on decision-making processes, capital management, execution of
applications. We use the know-how of trading algorithms, neural
networks to improve the effectiveness of trading robots, explore the
impact of quantum algorithms and calculations on the processes of
capital management. The platform was originally created to provide
clients with the maximum coverage of all available markets and trading
tools. Taking into account the development of the blockchain technology
we direct all our resources for transferring the platform to the blockchain
technology and implementing unique services for clients aimed at
achieving an even higher level of trading processes transparency for
clients, operations security, reliability of all clients transactions and trade
results, security of clients' capital.
When you purchase ATF token you buy access right of our robots to
trade on your capital and provide additional services using robots.
Our robots already bring profit to our clients, therefore your participation
in our ITO is the support of the current services with the objectives of
increasing the turnover of trade in robots of USD 40 million in 2018,
USD 200 million in 2019, USD 400 million in 2020, and the goal to make

Project creation history
Project history began in 2011 with trading in the US stock market. During
this period, we went through all stages of growth, we developed and
tested various strategies for capital managing and trading. In 2017, we
implemented the first trading algorithms.

Ecosystem
Creating our AlgoTradingFUN project we laid the following principles in
ecosystem development
In 2018, we will transfer the ATF platform to the blockchain technology.
Why do we do this? We believe that all transactions of our services,
from the registration of the client in our ecosystem to the process of
charging and writing off tokens based on the results of our services,
should be transparent to our clients. To do this, all our classic client-
server solutions and services need to be transformed into a blockchain
network. We plan to transform the basic services in the 2nd–3rd quarter
of 2018. And the whole chain of processes for the work of clients with
our solutions and technologies we intend to complete in the 4th quarter.

About the project
We are supporters of decentralized economy, therefore we see our
ecosystem as interconnected services and processes both within our
project and beyond it. We will develop:
1. The platform of algorithmic services, including trading robots for
integration with all the world's famous liquid tools and exchanges. We
will create for the different groups of clients — traders, investors, funds,
capital managers — own services their need and due to the scaling of
our platform we will be able to provide the community with flexible tools
for the development of their solutions and services.
2. When our ATF token will released to crypto active exchanges, this
step will allow clients to exchange our tokens for other assets, as well as
exchange for fiat currencies.
3. We create two areas in our project for working with corporate partners
and individuals. Building an open, growing community of clients devoted
to our project is our key direction of development. Among potential
partners we will work with Internet sites, service companies, shops to
create a chain to write down tokens as points on the loyalty program.
4. Our partners by platform, for example, traders, fund and capital
managers will be able to create their services, applications using robots
on the basis of our platform. Such development path will allow to
increase the growth in the volume of services, in the number of clients,
in the price of ATF tokens.
5. We have already started working with a number of brokers, such as
Finam (in Russia) and Interactive Brokers (in USA) to provide our clients
with a single service from opening accounts to making profits in
legitimately and completely transparent manner. Our

earn a profit. In the future, we will direct our efforts in working with
brokers to increase the speed of integration, account opening, and
mobility.
6. One of important directions of our development is working with private
investors in three groups — large (from 1 million US dollars) to small
amounts (from 40 US dollars). Already, our platform allows clients to
work even with small amounts, open accounts, connect robots. We
involve your resources in order to quickly complete all the stages of
developing a single holistic solution, mobile application and blockchain
network for your convenience. We want everyone can improve their
financial well-being — from the student and pensioner to the owner of a
large account, so that the service of private capital management
becomes mass service.
7. For the private managers and traders, we will be able to offer
opportunities to relieve the load from the capital management processes

himself to the Seller through the feedback forms posted on the Site, by

Site using means that the User expresses his/her unconditional
acceptance of the Policy and specified conditions for information
processing.
• Confidentiality of information:
In order to maintain confidentiality, the Seller does not provide personal
information of the Users, including information about payment details, to
the third parties.
• Electronic mailing:
The personal information collected by the Seller allows to notify in a
timely manner all interested persons, including the Users (further within
the frame of this section — "interested person", "visitor"), about updates,
latest news and changes in the work of AlgoTradingFUN platform. Any
interested person has the right to refuse from electronic mailing at any
time.
• Measures used to protect the personal information of users:
The Seller uses cookies files to store personal information and provide
more convenient interaction. Any interested person can disable the use
of cookies in the browser settings, however in this case some of the Site
functions may not work correctly.
The Seller automatically collects Internet protocol addresses (IP
addresses) of Site visitors for understanding and analyzing trends,
administering the Site, studying the behavior of visitors on the Site and
demographic information collecting.
In order to maintain the confidentiality of personal information, the Seller
takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical security
measures that minimize unauthorized access to or disclosure of
personal information of interested persons and Site visitors.

With respect to the User's personal information, its confidentiality
remains, except when the user voluntarily provides information about
himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.

The information provided by the User is used by the Seller solely for the

provide the User with technical support;
consideration of User's applications and claims;
User registration and identification on the Site;
send information and advertising messages to the User's e-mail

• Conditions for processing of user personal information:
Site using means that the User agrees with this conditions for his/here
personal data processing. Persons who have not reached adulthood,
i.e. under 18 (eighteen) years of age, can not use the Site on their own
and purchase the Seller's tokens.

whole or in part depending on the data provided):

- date of birth;

The Seller has the right to amend the privacy rules. When making

registration on the Site and/or post a new edition on the Site.

This Agreement on sale of tokens (hereinafter Agreement) contains the
terms and conditions governing the sale and use of ATF tokens.
This document is an offer to enter into Agreement, the terms of which
are defined below.
The Agreement is act between the AlgoTradingFUN Platform and any
person who accepted an offer.
Any person who accepts an offer accepts that it has fully read the
Agreement and has no objections on it, accepts it on a full and
unqualified basis. Otherwise, the AlgoTradingFUN Platform asks you to
refrain from using its services and buying of ATF tokens.
The acceptance of an offer is any actions that testify to the will of the
person concerned to conclude the Agreement, including but not limited
to:
• buying of ATF tokens;
• sending an application for participation in the AlgoTradingFUN

1.1. ATF tokens are cryptographic tokens sold by the AlgoTradingFUN Platform.
This notification of risks associated with the use of ATF tokens
(hereinafter Notification) should not be considered as investment tip.
The Notification is not an assumption about the sale of ATF tokens. The
AlgoTradingFUN Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses
that occurred directly or indirectly as a result of ATF tokens usage.
Anyone who intends to acquire ATF tokens understands that this
involves a large number of risks, including but not limited to the risks set
forth in this Notification.
1.2. The ATF tokens are not a security or an investment financial instrument.
The ATF token is a Utility token (product token).
This means that the AlgoTradingFUN Platform gives you the RIGHT to
the certain services and solutions after the buying of ATF tokens only.
The ATF tokens usage does not grant ownership rights on the
AlgoTradingFUN Platform or its part, or the right to monitor the
AlgoTradingFUN Platform activities, does not guarantee that the cost of
ATF token will increase in the future.
The AlgoTradingFUN Platform does not guarantee that the ATF tokens
meet the investment expectations of their buyers.
1.3. Hacker attacks
The AlgoTradingFUN Platform is not protected from hacker attacks, the
result of which can be the cancellation of transactions or the assignment
of tokens to the third parties.
1.4. Cost of Tokens
Crypto currency is characterized by high volatility of exchange rate, that
can lead to the fact that tokens can fall in value, that in its turn will lead
to losses.

1.5. The legal status of the blockchain
At the moment, the blockchain is not regulated in most countries of the
world, but the situation may change afterwards. The ATF tokens buyer
understands that it is his responsibility to monitor the blockchain legal
status and assess whether the use of the blockchain corresponds to
his/here personal law.
The ATF tokens buyer is fully responsible for the consequences of a
violation of applicable law, including judicial and administrative
prosecution.
1.6. The legal status of crypto currency
The legal status of crypto currency is not fixed in most countries of the
world. In some countries, the use of crypto currency is prohibited at the
legislative level or de facto. The ATF token buyer independently
determines whether the use of the crypto currency is in accordance with
his/here personal law and is fully responsible for the consequences of a
violation of applicable law, including judicial and administrative
prosecution.
1.7. Disclaimer statement
The ATF tokens buyer agrees that he/she uses ATF tokens on an "as-is"
basis, that is, in the form in which they are presented at their own risk.
1.8. Other unforeseen risks
Crypto currency and cryptographic tokens are new and untested
technologies. In addition to the risks outlined above, there are
unforeseen risks.
2. Terms and definitions used in the Agreement
2.1. ATF tokens (hereinafter also tokens) are cryptographic digital tokens sold by the AlgoTradingFUN Platform. Token gives the right to the Buyer to use the services and solutions presented on the AlgoTradingFUN Platform in accordance with internal documents and agreements placed in the Personal account.

between all participants using the Ethereum network address (Ether)
(hereinafter ETH). The tokens can be transferred to stock exchanges
accounts and back after adding support for the token on the exchange.
The initial sale of tokens is performed using a smart contract based on
the ETH blockchain platform. The address of the smart contract for the
distribution of tokens is published before the sale of the tokens in the
manner and terms provided in the Agreement.
2.2. Personal account is the section of Site provided by the AlgoTradingFUN Platform for rendering services to the Buyer. The procedure for rendering services in the Personal account is established by the Seller in accordance with the User Agreement.
The Personal account is provided to the Buyer (Holder) upon completion
of PRE-ITO. The Seller notifies the Buyer (Holder) about this by sending
a message to the Buyer's (Holder's) e-mail with the data to access it.
2.3. Services are services provided by the Seller to the Buyer, namely the provision to the Buyer of trading robots that make transactions automatically on the stock and derivatives markets of USA and Russia, currency pairs, crypto assets. Trading robots connect to the Buyer's capital and make transactions, issue trading signals and provide other opportunities for trading of financial instruments. The possibilities of trading robots are improved constantly, so it is planned to increase and improve their functions constantly in the future.
2.4. The Agreement is this agreement on sale of ATF tokens by the AlgoTradingFUN Platform.
2.5. The Buyer is a capable individual person who enters into the Agreement and acquires tokens on the terms set out below. This person must be of legal age, i.e. over 18 (eighteen) years old. The Buyer who acquired the tokens is the Holder.

The Buyer (Holder) can not be the persons specified in clause 3.4. of the Agreement.
2.6. The Seller is the AlgoTradingFUN Platform, administered by the platform team, e-mail: [email protected] , telegram: t.me/ATFtoken.
2.7. The Site is a collection of information, texts, graphic elements, design, images, photos and video materials, and other results of intellectual activity, as well as computer programs contained in information system that ensures the availability of such information on the Internet. For the purposes of this Agreement, the Site is the site of the AlgoTradingFUN Platform, which is located at: https://www.atftoken.io. The Seller is the administrator of the Site.
2.8. Parties — the Buyer (Holder) and the Seller.
2.9. The User Agreement is an agreement placed in the Personal Office that regulates the process of providing the services to the Holder.
2.10. User is any person using the Site and/or Personal account, including the Buyer and the token Holder.
All other terms and definitions found in the text of the Agreement are
interpreted in accordance with the usual rules on the Internet for the
interpretation of relevant terms and terms adopted in the international
legal field.
3. The procedure and terms for sale of ATF tokens
3.1. ATF tokens are sold in the following order:
The sale of tokens is performed using a smart contract based on the
ETH blockchain platform. The address of the smart contract for the
tokens distribution will be published before the sale of the tokens on the
Site. Terms of sale of the tokens are as follows:

Any member of the system can buy tokens in any unfinished period of

3.2. Wherein, it is necessary to take into account that when selling tokens, the following rates will be consider:
3.2.1. To the founders and team of the AlgoTradingFUN Platform — 40% of the total number of tokens;
3.2.2. To the partners for support in promotion and bonuses — 10% of the total number of tokens;
3.2.3. Tokens for the sale of the Buyer (public market for the sale of tokens) —40%.
3.2.4. Fund for maintaining the liquidity of ATF tokens for future trading on exchanges — 10% of the total number of tokens;
3.3. The Seller also has the right to perform an additional sale of tokens if there are prerequisites for this, including if there are a significant number of potential Buyers who are interested in buying them, but did not have time to buy them at PRE-ITO or ITO.

3.4. We are ready to partnership (OUR TOKEN IS UTILITY) with citizens and/or residents of USA (United States of America), Republic of Singapore, Canada, United Kingdom (Great Britain), New Zealand and South Korea.
3.5. We are not recommend for People's Republic of China (PRC) to buy our tokens ATF.
The Seller in no way proposes to acquire the tokens to the citizens and/or residents of these states. In the case that the citizen and/or resident of the listed above states uses the Agreement and/or acquires the tokens, this action and conclusion of this Agreement shall be deemed committed on an illegal, unauthorized and fraudulent basis and the Agreement shall be declared invalid with this citizen and/or resident. The Seller shall not be liable if, at the conclusion of the Agreement, a citizen and/or resident of the listed above states acts as the Buyer or the receipt of the tokens is carried out on behalf of the citizens and/or residents of the listed above states. The Seller undertakes all the necessary actions in his own discretion to exclude the above mentioned situations, including can invalidate the Agreement with a citizen and/or resident of the listed above states, if it was found out that they have purchased tokens, and send information to the relevant authorities of the listed above states.
Citizens and/or residents of other states in which the purchase of
cryptographic tokens (crypto currency) is prohibited (limited) or their
turnover is restricted, should also refrain from purchasing tokens under
this Agreement. The duty to verify the existence or absence of such
circumstances rests entirely with such citizens and/or residents. If such
citizens and/or residents violate this rule, the Seller is entitled to take the
actions specified in the previous paragraph.

Agreement on sales of tokens ATF4. The procedure of using the ATF tokens
4.1. The Holder gets the opportunity to use the tokens after their purchase. Usage of tokens occurs in the Personal account. To do this, the Holder must have a trading account in the certain broker-partner of the AlgoTradingFUN Platform (the list of such brokers-partners will be presented in the Personal account).
The trading robots are connected to the Holder's trading account
through the web interface (trading terminal) in the Personal account.
4.2. In the Personal account, the Holder can choose trading robots, as well as their options, including choosing of risk portfolio (trading strategy), term of using the trading robot, type of robots using (stock market, currency, crypto currency) and other options presented in the Personal account.
4.3. The tokens are used to pay for the provision of services of trade robots. The used tokens are repaid. Upon expiry of the term of use of trading robot, the Holder has the right, at its discretion:
4.3.1. Stop using of trading robot and withdraw the profit at the same time. In this case, for the further use of trading robots, the Holder must buy additional tokens if they have run out.
4.3.2. Pay for further use of trading robots by tokens, and buy up its in its absence or insufficiency.
4.4. The cost of using a particular trading robot depends on the options chosen by the Holder (clause 4.2 of the Agreement).
4.5. Each trading robot has a parameter such as "historical profitability" on a certain asset (shares, currency pairs, crypto currency pairs), which is defined as the level of return on this asset for a certain period of time in the past.
If as a result of the trading robot work such profitability has not been
achieved, the Seller is entitled to compensate for the difference between
the "nominal profitability" and the profit received by the Holder by
considering the application from the Holder in which he/she requests to
perform such compensation.

individually, upon the consideration of which the Seller takes one of the
following decisions:
• To make a compensation, while calculating the amount of such
compensation independently, taking into account the technical
features of the trading robots work. Compensation is performed by
crediting to the account of the tokens Holder only.
• To refuse to pay compensation if, following the application
examination, it is revealed that the work of the trading robot was
affected by circumstances beyond the control of the Seller
(clause 5.5. –5.7. of the Agreement).
The Holder unconditionally agrees with the decision made by the Seller.
4.6. Detailed rules for rendering services by the Seller in the Personal account are set forth in the User Agreement, which is placed in the Personal account.
4.7. The Seller has the right to redeem tokens from the Holder, if the Holder submits an application for this (in the Personal account or by e-mail). In this case, if the Holder has used trading robots and made a profit, then he has the right to keep this profit when redeeming tokens by the Seller. The redemption of tokens is performed in exchange for ETH at its exchange rate at the date of redemption.
5. Dispute resolution and applicable law. Responsibility
5.1. Disputes between the Seller and the tokens Buyer (Holder) are resolved through the pre-trial process. These parties should cooperate in good faith in resolving any disputes, disagreements or claims arising from or in connection with the Agreement.
5.2. If the Parties can not resolve the dispute within 90 (ninety) days from the date of its occurrence, such dispute is finally resolved by arbitration.
5.3. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement is personal to the Parties and can not be presented in the form of a group, collective or any other representative legal claim.
5.4. This Agreement is governed in accordance with the law at the location of the Seller in all respects.

5.5. The Site and the Personal account are provided on "as is" basis, that is without quality assurance and suitability for any explicit or implied purposes. The Seller ensures the functioning and operation of the Site and the Personal account and undertakes to promptly restore them in the event of technical failures and interruptions. The Seller shall not be liable for temporary failures and interruptions in the work of the Site and the Personal account, which occurred for reasons beyond his/here control.
In case of technical works on the Site and in the Personal account, the
Seller informs the Holder in advance of this by placing relevant
information on the Site and in the Personal account. The maximum
period of technical work on the Site is 24 (twenty four) hours.
5.6. The Seller is not responsible for technical failures and breaks that may occur in the Internet connection when trading robots are working, as well as on servers of brokers-partners of the AlgoTradingFUN Platform and their software.
5.7. The Seller is not responsible for technical malfunctions in the work of e-mail, Internet, communication networks that have arisen due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control, resulting in late receipt (not receiving) of Notifications in the Personal account by the Buyer (Holder) and/or the impossibility of a stable communication of the trading robot with the Holder's account with brokers-partners of the AlgoTradingFUN Platform.
The Buyer (Holder) hereby fully and unconditionally accepts all risks
associated with the buying of tokens, including, but not limited to,
unfavorable changes in the market situation.
In the event of occurrence of events (risks) mentioned above, the liability
of the Seller is completely excluded.

6.1. The Parties hereby confirm that in the performance (changing, amendment, termination) of the Agreement, as well as in the conduct of correspondence on these matters, the use of analogues of the Parties' own handwriting signature is permitted. The Parties confirm that all notifications, messages, agreements and documents within the frame of fulfillment by the Parties of their obligations arising from the Agreement, signed by the analogues of the Parties' own handwritten signature, have legal force and binding on the Parties. The analogs of handwritten signature are deemed as authorized e-mail addresses and/or access data to the Personal account (Login and Password).
6.2. The Parties acknowledge that all notifications, messages, agreements, documents and letters sent using authorized e-mail addresses are deemed as to be sent and signed by the Parties.

The e-mail address of the Buyer (Holder) for the purposes of this
Agreement is the e-mail address specified by him/her when sending the
application for participation in the AlgoTradingFUN Platform or when
filling out any E-mail field on the Site and sending it by clicking the
corresponding button on the Site, including Subscribe or I want to
invest button.
6.3. Recognition by a court (arbitration) of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable does not entail invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.
6.4. The Seller has the right to amend this Agreement without obtaining the consent from the Buyer (Holder). Information about the changes is posted on the Site.
6.5. The new edition of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Agreement. If the Buyer (Holder) does not agree with the new version of the Agreement, he/she must refrain from using the Website and the services of the AlgoTradingFUNPlatform immediately, and perform the mutual settlements.
