This list is fluid as certain events will have additional sponsorship options and there could also be additional events added to calendar

2014 Platinum and Gold Sponsors do not have first right of refusal, we will use a lottery to fill limited sponsorships

This also applies for multiple requests for limited sponsorships from new applicants

Lottery will be held at the Board Meeting on January 21st, 2015

Requests for sponsorship received after that date will be awarded based on availability, subject to listed quantity and

industry limitations

If payment is not received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30th, the sponsorship opportunity will go to the next on the

list for that industry

Your 2015 Membership Dues must be paid on or before this date in order for your sponsorship to be valid

Partners on the waiting list will be given 15 days from notification to have the payment in the BOMA Office. If we do not

receive the payment before that deadline, the sponsorship will go to the next sponsor for that industry from the waiting

list

At the February Membership Luncheon on Wednesday, February 19th, 2015 all Sponsors will be acknowledged.

Visual recognition on signage and/or in AV presentations; at the podium, at every BOMA event where
