DESCRIPTION
several Scottish GP practices were involved in the 'Links' project in early/spring 2011. ALISS was lucky enough to be passed a copy of the lists of social/community resources they'd identified locally as being ones they wanted to work with particularly. We put these lists into the Engine, and can get links back out. This activity happened alongside early work elsewhere on assets, that we were also involved with, so I provided a view of these too.TRANSCRIPT
