สายพานแพงๆ เสนละหลายลาน ยาวหรือส้ันแคไหนก็ มีคาเทากับ รอยตอ 1 joint เทานั้นเอง รอยตอขาด

เม่ือไร สายพานก็ไรคาทันที มาดูกัน ทําไมรอยตอจึงหลุด...

1. Excessive Belt Tension แรงดึงในสายพานมากเกินกวาท่ีคํานวนไว ใหปรับความตึงให เหมาะสม ปรับ

ตุมถวง (Counterweight) และการเพิ่มความเร็วของสายพาน จะชวยลดแรงดึงใน สายพานได

2. Pulley Diameter Too Small เสนผาศูนยกลาง Pulley เล็กเกินไปทําใหเกิด Overstress ใน ช้ันผาใบรับ

แรงของสายพานใหตรวจสอบขนาด Pulley ท่ีเล็กท่ีสุดท่ีผูผลิตสายพานแนะนําใหใช และใหตอหัวสายพาน

แบบเฉียง 45 องศาตลอดจนเพ่ิม Splicing length เพื่อลดความเครียด (Stress) ในช้ันผาใบรับแรง (Carcass)

3. Improper Vulcanizing Process ชางตอสายพานขาดความชํานาญ ไมปฏิบัติตาม มาตรฐานการ

ทํางาน เคร่ืองตอไมไดมาตรฐาน ควบคุมอุณหภูมิ และความดัน ไมถูกตองและตอง แนใจวาวัสดุท่ีใช(กาว,

ยาง,วัสดุประสาน)ยังไมเส่ือมคุณภาพและถูกประเภทกับชนิดของสายพาน (ทนรอน,ทนน้ํามัน,ทนไฟฯลฯ)

4. Material Buildup วัสดุติดตาม Pulley และลูกกล้ิง ทําใหเกิดแรงเสียดทานในระบบมากข้ึน สายพานก็

จะเกิดแรงดึงสูงข้ึน และสายพานวิ่งไมตรงแนวใหขัดลางวัสดุเหลานัน้ออก หุมยาง (40-50 Durometer)จะชวย

ลดวัสดุท่ีติด Pulley ลดแรงเสียดทาน ยดือายุสายพาน 5. Excessive Impact วัสดุกระแทกสายพานแรงเกินไป ทําใหสายพานสึกกรอน ฉีกขาดควรติด ตั้ง

ลูกกล้ิงกันกระแทก เพื่อลดแรงกระทํา ณ ตําแหนงท่ีรับวัสดุและ ปรับมุมของ Chute ใหเหมาะ สมเพ่ือให

วัสดุกอนเล็กตกกอนกอนใหญ จะลดแรง กระแทกได

6. Wrong Belt Selection ตรวจสอบดูวา สายพานท่ีใชมีคุณภาพเหมาะสมกับสภาวะการใช งานหรือไม

เชน ทนรอน ทนน้ํามัน ทนสึกหรอ และทนสารเคมี อ่ืนๆหรือมีแรงดึงเพียงพอตอการ บรรทุกหรือไม

ขอเนนวาใหเลือกชนิดของสายพานใหถูกตองต้ังแตเร่ิมตน การใชสายพานจึงจะ คุมคาและทนทาน

เมื่อรอยตอ (ตอรอน) หลุด !!! สาเหตุเกิดจากอะไร ?

ออ ! สายพานนะเหรอ ตราบใดท่ียังทํางานได ปลอยไวเถอะ อยาไปยุงกับมันเลย โหลดใหเยอะไปเลย อยางมากก็ตกหลนลนออกไปนดิหนอย เสียหายไมกี่สตางคหลอก

คอนปอนดทุบ 2 ที ปรับเขาท่ีไดทุกอยางดังใจ

สายพานตึงหรือสายพานหยอนไป ชางมัน ปลอยไวกอนได ไมเปนอะไรหรอก ประเดี๋ยว

มันก็ปรับเขาสมดุลเอง

ไมตองสนใจคําแนะนําในคูมือหรอก ไมทําตามก็ไมเหน็มีอะไรเกิดข้ึน
