We treat all speakers as VIPs – with all the necessary care, attention and service requi-red. Speakers are welcomed at their place of arrival – whether airport or railway station – by our chauffeur-driven transfer service and taken safely to your event location. We look after all speaker correspondence, accom-modation requirements and settlement of speaker fees and expenses. Participant registration in overview

This is an important aspect of our full service portfolio, beginning with the production of booking forms to address

administration and participant acquisition.We register, produce and send all registration confirmations and look after participant lists and name badges. In addition to this we ensure CME points administration through RFID-chips or barcodes in name vouchers and badges.
