This is with reference to the Advertisements vide no. Admn./Estt./09/01/2015-AIIMS.JDH

Dated 17th September, 2015 and Advertisement No. Admn/Estt/09/01/2015-AIIMS.JDH Dated 24th

September, 2016 for Recruitment to the Post of Staff Nurse Grade – II for Hospital Services on

Direct Recruitment Basis.

This is in continuation to the earlier Result Notification No. 56/2017 declared on 13th July,

2017 Recruitment Examination for Staff Nurse Grade II of AIIMS Jodhpur held on 25th March

2017. This is to inform that Documents verification with biometric verification for Second – Wait

-List of Qualified Candidates for the unfilled vacancies of Staff Nurse Grade II of AIIMS

Jodhpur will held on 06th August, 2018 at Administrative Block, Medical College, All India

Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur.

Reservation category Certificate (OBC*/SC/ST/PH) (*Candidate should belong to non-

creamy layer of Central List of OBC). OBC certificate must have been issued in last

one year.

PH Certificate - The disability certificate should be issued by a duly constituted and

authorized Medical Board of the State or Central Govt. Hospitals / Institutions and

countersigned by Medical Superintendent / CMO / Head of Hospital / Institution.

If candidate working in Government/Semi Government/PSU Institution- No Objection

Certificate is must.

Copy of Admit Card issued for Written Examination.

An Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp paper of denomination of Rs.50/- as per

proforma.(Proforma -A)

Any other relevant documents.

Important Note: -

Document Verification may also continue on the next working day. Candidate is required

to come prepared to stay for next day accordingly.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur will not defray the travelling and other

expenses to you for above said document verification.
