ProPILOT with Navi-Link* is just one of the many Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies available on selected grades including the new Nissan Qashqai Premiere Edition.

*ProPILOT is available on a limited range of vehicles and only on Automatic Transmissions. ProPILOT is an Advanced Driver Assist technology but cannot prevent collisions. ProPILOT is intended for “Eyes on/ Hands On” for motorways only (roads separated by barriers).

Navi-Link supports traffic sign recognition which may not detect and read all traffic signs in all conditions. Driver should monitor all traffic sign and obey traffic laws. ADAPTATIVE BEAM ASSIST

For the first time in Europe, the New Qashqai comes with Adaptive Beam Assist technology. It splits the high beam into 12 individually controlled segments which can automatically deactivate, so you get maximum visibility for the road ahead, but oncoming vehicles aren’t dazzled by your lights.

Safety through a wider lens

INTELLIGENT CRUISE CONTROL keeps your distance on the motorway. It measures the distance from the vehicle ahead, controlling acceleration and deceleration to automatically maintain a suitable following distance within your set speed.

INTELLIGENT FORWARD COLLISION warning keeps an eye on the two vehicles in front of you. When the system detects a sudden deceleration ahead, it gives you an audible and visual warning to slow down.

INTELLIGENT EMERGENCY BRAKING spots objects and applies the brakes if there is a risk of a low-speed collision with a car, pedestrian or cyclist. Added Junction Support further boosts safety by helping avoid collisions at intersections.

REAR AUTOMATIC BRAKING helps you back up with confidence. If a stationary item is detected behind your vehicle, the system can automatically engage the brakes to help avoid a collision.

INTELLIGENT BLIND SPOT INTERVENTION alerts you before you change lanes if there is a vehicle lurking in your blind spot. If you carry on with the manoeuvre, it applies slight braking pressure to return your vehicle to its original lane.

Structural and engine optimisation have been a key part of the development of the New Qashqai to deliver great driving performance as well as fuel efficiency.

The new platform delivers advanced agility and comfort. The stiffer structure offers improved dynamic performance and security, while the extensive use of aluminum body panels reduces the weight for lower CO2 emissions.

You will also find enhancements under the bonnet. The new 1.3L mild-hybrid powertrain features a lithium-ion battery which stores energy recovered during braking to reduce emissions and ensure smoother stop start functionality. It is available with both a 6-speed manual transmission and automatic transmission.
