Social Distancing Life Enrichment

Hello Everyone: Wishing you and yours the best this week. If you have any ideas, thoughts or comments

about ways we can have life enrichment but still social distance, please feel free to contact me via phone Mika-

ela Jackson 717-764-9994 ext. 20556 or email at [email protected]!

Scavenger Hunt: Take a walk around campus and see if you can find the 10 printed pictures of Sporting Goods (baseball, golf ball, football, basketball, tennis ball, soccer ball, volley ball, lacrosse stick with ball, bowling pin, hockey stick with puck) around campus roads, take a picture or write their location on a piece of paper turn this in via email at [email protected] or leave it in the Life Enrichment box on the table where you would pick up curbside in the back of Glatfelter center for a small treat! Make sure your name is on the paper when you turn it in. Partial credit is given if you can only find a few. Pictures will be up by Wednesday at 9am.This is weather permitting. Call or email Mi-

kaela with questions or concerns or comments!

Ice Cream Truck: Our very own Sprenkle Made Ice Cream “Truck” will be driving throughout the community at 1:00pm

on Friday July 10th! This time we will be making more noise as we are driving through so you should be able to hear

us coming. There will be delicious sweet cold treats for you to choose from. Please wear your masks and we will be

taking measures to make sure there is social distancing, help us in this endeavor and do not gather while waiting.

Please wait either on your porches or be looking for the vehicle as it comes to you, no need to travel too far. Please be

patient with us. It will take us some time to get to everyone. There will be two trucks this time! One starting on Weisger-

ber and the other starting at Geesey. If you cannot wait or are worried you have missed the truck just call Mikaela! We

will make sure you get your ice cream. Call Mikaela with questions, concerns or comments!

Garden Stand: Drive Thru Produce Stand to bring you weekly produce directly from the fields of Sprenkle Drive. The stand will be open weekly on Wednesdays weather permitting at 10am for a half hour or until they run out. All of the produce sold is by your donation that directly benefits the Alzheimer’s Association, SpiriTrust Benevolent Care Fund, Habitat for Humanity and the Lutheran Disaster Services Fund. The vegetables will vary from week to week. The drive thru produce table will be set up on gazebo side of the street on Weisgerber Way. Please enter on that side of the street and line up to await your turn at the stand. Pull up to the table with your mask on, open your passenger window and a garden volunteer will assist you on the passenger side, thru the window of your car, to make your selection.

Please bring small bills/exact change as we will be unable to make change.
