1 Before using each color of makeup,
spritz it with water. Use a sponge to cover face in white makeup, leaving eyes and eyebrows uncovered. Apply a ring of maroon around eyes with a round brush, covering eyebrows. Use a sponge to cover eye area in black.
2 To make petals, use a round brush
and purple makeup. Place brush next to maroon outline and use a short, quick stroke, about ¾" long. Space petals about ¾" apart. When you’ve finished adding petals, use a round brush to add a highlight of pink at tip of each petal. Outline each petal using eyeliner brush and black
makeup. Repeat on other eye.
3Use eyeliner brush and black makeup
to draw a curved line from one sideburn to corner of mouth. Repeat on other side of face. Using an eyeliner brush, apply maroon or red makeup to fill in lips, starting from center and moving outward. Use eyeliner brush and black makeup to add vertical lines to mouth: Draw first line at center of lip, then add two more lines on either side. Repeat for bottom lip, starting at the center. Using same brush, draw a U-shaped line around tip of nose.
4 Add flowers (optional). Using

a round brush and yellow makeup, paint a four-petal flower on center of forehead (use same brushstroke for petals as described in Step 2). Use round brush to add a purple
center. Use eyeliner brush and red makeup to outline each petal. Repeat for each flower. Finish with curlicues along jawline, using red makeup and an eyeliner brush.

makeup in gray, red, white, black and maroon Makeup sponges Round brush Eyeliner brush Fan makeup brush
1 Before using each color of makeup, spritz it with water. Using a sponge and gray
makeup, cover entire face except for area around eyes. Using a sponge and red makeup, fill in area around eyes.
2 Using a round brush, highlight lips, eyebrows, bridge of nose and sides of
eyes in white. Using a round brush and maroon makeup, paint a line under each cheekbone to add depth and “wrinkles” at outer edges of eyes, and contour jawline with a stroke on each side.
3 Using an eyeliner brush and black makeup, paint a border around eye area, covering
outer half of eyebrow. Repeat for each eye. To make nose, use an eyeliner brush and black makeup to draw a U-shaped line, then fill in.
4 Using an eyeliner brush and maroon makeup, paint vertical wrinkles coming
up from lip line. Paint wrinkles under eyes, on forehead and chin. To make skin look dry, use a fan makeup brush (or toothbrush) and brown makeup and apply to upper lip in an upward, sweeping motion. Repeat this technique on the cheeks and eyes to create a light crosshatch. Using black makeup and an eyeliner brush, make short, light, sweeping strokes on lips and add a short line in middle of chin to create a cleft. Using white makeup and an eyeliner brush, gently sweep across the lips.

1 Before using each color of makeup, spritz it with water. Use a round brush and white
makeup to draw a thick line from inner eye corner, above eye and across outer end of eyebrow to hairline. Repeat for other eye. Make a short line just below outer corner of each eye. For muzzle, paint over top lip, extending slightly over cheeks.
2 Use corner of a sponge to dab brown makeup over eye area, just beneath white
line. Repeat for other eye. Use a sponge and yellow makeup to cover forehead, nose bridge and tops of cheek apples.
3 Use a sponge and orange makeup to fill in remainder of face. Blend lightly with
yellow. Using a pointer brush and brown makeup, paint a triangle for nose, add a highlight above white makeup on eyebrows, outline edges of white makeup below eyes and shade bottom edge of muzzle.
4 Using an eyeliner brush, paint a black vertical line from nose to middle of lip.
Paint whiskers on each side of muzzle, then add a row of dots leading up to each whisker. Using brown makeup and a round brush, fill in bottom lip and add shadows along jawline. Switch to an eyeliner brush and brown makeup to outline tips of white paint at inner corner of each eye. Use pointer brush and blue makeup for stripes.

1 Before using each color of makeup, spritz it with water to activate. Using a round brush
and green makeup, start at bridge of nose and paint a thick line that fans up toward hairline. Paint a second line starting lower on bridge of nose and extending out and down over cheek. Repeat for other eye. Using same brush (don’t clean it) and yellow makeup, underline green line, then cover eyelid in yellow (see Photo 1 above). Repeat for other eye.
2 Using a round brush and pink makeup, paint two stripes on cheek that echo shape
of green stripe. Leave space between each stripe. Repeat on other cheek. Moving back to eyes, fill inverted-V shape with pink. Using a clean round brush and white makeup, paint a stripe above each pink stripe. Add a dab of white at edge of eye makeup, below pink.
3 Using an eyeliner brush, outline outer edges of design in black, creating swirled
ends (see photo).
4 To make flowers, use a round brush to paint four red petals. Use side of brush
to paint a small petal between each petal. Highlight smaller petals in white. Add a dot of pink to center of flower. Use eyeliner brush to outline each petal in black. Use white liquid eyeliner to make dots near the inside corner of eye, above eyebrows and around pink lines. Sprinkle facial glitter across face.
