Online enrollment is required for Allegiance.

1. Go to https://www.zelispayments.com

2. Select the “Client Login” button on the home page of the Zelis web site.

3. Log in to Zelis * Note – If you have not yet registered to access this system, you will need to register and follow the instructions given for that registration process.

4. After you log into Zelis, select “ERA Delivery Method” from the “Provider Settings” option.

5. Under “Remittance Data Delivery Option” page, complete the following:

a. I will access my remittance data via: Select “Clearinghouse” b. Please select your clearinghouse: Select “HEW” c. Contact Name: Enter your name d. Contact Telephone: Enter your contact phone number e. Read and check mark the verbiage in red. f. Select the “Submit” button

6. After submission, you will see a confirmation screen.
