# You have all been through implementation projects or upgrades before, and Im not going to stand here and tell you that its going to be an effortless process we all know that would be a lie!

What I DO want to do is tell you a bit about how we support our clients through the process and make sure that youre set up for success once youve taken the leap and decided that this is a worthwhile venture. Were not new to this were been in business since 2003 and have a consistent implementation methodology based on best practice from Microsoft and from the Project Management Institute. 7
