ALLIANCE DATA’S PHILANTHROPIC COMMITMENTS

Giving backAs an organization that truly cares, one of Alliance Data’s core values is to give back to the communities in which we live and work. Throughout our philanthropic journey, we will partner with a variety of local and national organizations. And as always, the kindness and generosity of our associates is at the heart of our efforts.

Operation Feed is our fundraising campaign to combat hunger by supporting the food banks in the communities where we live and work.

Pelotonia is a three-day event with a series of bicycle rides, ranging from 25-180 miles. Every dollar Pelotonia riders raise goes directly toward cancer research.

United Way pledges make a real difference in our communities, so each year we invite our associates to participate in our United Way Campaign.

Holiday Give Back is an initiative to ensure those in need have a happy holiday season.

Swap Spot is an associate exchange event that allows associates to donate new or gently used items, and treasure hunt for items they will use–at no cost!

Matching Gifts program matches our associates’ donations, dollar for dollar, to charitable organizations of their choice.

Volunteer Rewards program rewards associates for donating time to their favorite charity. Associates can accumulate a minimum of 10 hours to request a $100 grant or, save up to 30 hours to receive a $300 grant!

Supporting the well-being of children We commit to meeting basic needs for children to thrive and grow, contributing to their overall health, safety and well-being.

Improving education We commit to providing resources to improve education outcomes, helping to develop and prepare underserved youth for the challenges and opportunities of today and tomorrow.

Increasing access to healthy food for the hungry We commit to providing emergency food assistance to neighbors struggling with hunger and to seeking out long-term solutions to fight food insecurity for those who are unsure where their next meal may come from.
