Account Engineering Principle

Clients have access to expertise from a range of technical services from risk management professionals working for Allianz Risk Consulting. We have developed unique programmes as a result of cross class solutions for clients within the aviation industry.

Stewardship

An initial stewardship meeting would be held involving all stakeholders in order to understand your cross class requirements. At this meeting, the desired loss control services can be agreed with your Risk Management Department.

A cross class Deal Team was assembled to produce a long term 5 year AGCS London solution to a multiclass tender. A senior broker remarked that AGCS were able to join up all the line Underwriters and that we had outperformed all our competitors by some way.

Airport B - “Major International Hub in Asia”

A combination of local Asia Market Management, local P&C Underwriters with London Aviation team drove a multiline tender resulting in an AGCS Multiline Lead win. A group of 70+ airports and 100 million passengers with AGCS leading the Aviation, GL and Motor. Claims Protocol

A failure to have in place a claims protocols can potentially hinder attempts to mitigate or reduce losses, preventing the client from resuming business activities within the quickest possible time-frame and ultimately delay settlement of insured losses. Claims protocols are agreed in advance through face-to-face dialogue ensuring that details are discussed prior to inception.

Claims Scenario Testing

We are a strong advocate of holding regular claims scenario testing workshops and have received excellent feedback from our existing clients. We believe it provides an excellent opportunity to review the claims protocol and have open discussion on a variety of claims topics. Just as importantly we believe it provides the opportunity to have a closer claims relationship with our clients.

In London our team are responsible for handling large complex claims on a worldwide basis for our major international airports. We also have experience of handling major civil engineering and infrastructure projects on a worldwide basis including major airport expansion projects.
