Before you begin… Update your clinical content •  MEDCIN: Q4 2011 or higher •  CAREGUIDES: 2012-1 or later (if used) •  NOTEFORMS: 2012 Q2 (if used)

Installation •  Install on the Allscripts Enterprise EHR Database Server (Production)

•  Product documentation found on Client Connect •  Install locally on the client PC

•  Must have Microsoft Windows 7 or Windows XP SP 2 or higher •  Microsoft .NET Framework 4 must also be installed

•  Start with Patient Problems (these items will sync any available Build Diagnosis mappings)

•  Approve, Change or flag Allscripts Mappings before moving on to items that will need to be manually mapped

•  Map highest frequency counts first
