AA: This is similar to why one should choose lavish buffet of scrumptious food over dal rice. AA: Yes Absolutely, People are ready to experiment if they are getting a positive experience out of it, they just have to select the destination where they want to holiday rest would be taken care by the service provider. Food and Beverages, Accommodation, Travel and Tourism all would be handled by the respective service provider. The customer just has to pack the bags with stuffs that they think are needed for the trip thats it.Q.) What do you think delights a customer and makes in crave for professional services in the future?

AA: Customer delight depends upon how much effort you take to provide customer many occasions in which he forgets who he is where he is from what he does he is just captivated by the magic of that moment. This helps a customer to distress maximum. Maximum de-stressing transforms into maximum customer delight.Q.) Currently you are providing services at two destinations Goa and Matheran any particular reason for selecting these two venues to start?

AA: These two locations are my personal favorite and I assume they are loved by many people. Goa for its care free chilled out nerve soothing feeling that it gives and Matheran for its clean picturesque calm inducing vibe.Q.) Would like to know Mr. Alpesh Ajmera what are the new technological trends and advancements being witnessed in the industry?
