Two sets of gluing, fne trimming, scraping and bufng units make it easy and fast to switch between dark and
light color glue which meet feeible edgebanding requirements. The cuters of one set of fne trimming and
scraping units will be set back automatcally when switching between glue pots. Set up tme tends to be
virtually zero. Low investment, big benefts.

Pressure Beam
Aluminum pressure beam provides eecellent stfness and long service life.
The height of the pressure beam is adjusted automatcally based on the work piece thickness by inputng the work piece informaton on the touch screen.
Diagonal rollers connected compactly in a row presses work piece frmly to ensure the conveying of work piece without displacement.

Long straight semicircle guide rail is hardened through heat treatment before installaton. The conveyor piece makes perfect contact with the guide rail and has almost no gap.
The conveyor motor makes startng at variable frequencies possible thus making it very stable. It is also equipped with a braking system. Easy to install or uninstall.

One pre-pressure roller and four post pressure rollers ensure that the edging is pressed on board edge frmly.
