with the majority o the substructure is

completed The concreting o lit core to

level 23 was completed on the 26th March

2008 Structural steelwork or the super

structure has commenced There are 5

tower cranes and 1 crawler crane on site

Concrete to date 31,000m3 361 piles

completed to date.

Al Muneera

Mobilisation o the site ofces and set up is

progressing Bulk excavation is completedon the island and piling is now progressing

Currently 383 piles have been cast.

Piling works and excavation are completed,

the rat slab and majority o the substructure

is completed. Works to the superstructureare now progressing and the rst post

Excavation works and piling are now

complete, 1542 piles have been installed

over an area o 111,000m2 80% o all

basement slabs & rats are complete, to

date 70,000m3 concrete has been poured

11 out o 19 tower cranes have beenerected, supplemented with 4 crawler

cranes Out o 28 individual cores 24 are

currently under construction and we have

completed 50 out o 353 lits

The 1st slab pour to the Ground oor is

complete 4000m2 o Precast ground

oor has been erected out o a total o230,000m2.

tensioned slab has just commenced on the

lot building There are 9 Tower Cranes

and 1 Mobile Crane on site Total Concretetill the end o Feb08 39000m3.
