CONCEPT The Army Corps of Engineers USACE partners with FEMA to adapt existing facilities chosen by state Governors to convert into COVID-19 ICU treatment hospitals and NONCOVID-19 alternate care centers. Site adaptations will be made to existing facilities that are already operational and to code. 114 assessments have begun in 50 States in 5 different territories.*
