Electrically powered counterbalancetrucks build the connection betweenindoor and outdoor handling. Highpower demands for this applicationrequire a compact motor design, oftenhaving a short length in combinationwith its high efficiency. Our designs areoptimized to meet these requirementstypically without forced air cooling.

Schabmüller motors comply with anydesign be it single or dual drive, axle orwheel hubs. Applications vary from 1 totrucks, over 2,5 to and 4-16 to trucks upto heavy reach stackers.

SERVICE AND SPARE PARTSSchabmüller motors are well known fortheir efficiency and durability. As motorsare often used for 10 or more years withthousands of hours of operating time,replacing wear parts and general serviceis imperative for the seamless operationof trucks.

We manufacture spare parts ourselvesand maintain their production overmany years in parallel with our highvolume series production. This providesus with a higher quality of standard forour parts and processes, giving us theopportunity to keep a very competitivecost level.

Furthermore our motors are not onlyoptimized for cost and performance, wealso take service aspects into considera-tion starting with the design.

Beside spare parts we also offer repairfor our motors and complete units.Being specialized in these products andwith the use of original parts that weretested and qualified to pass our rigorousperformance criteria, the repairedproduct leaves our operation “as new”and with standard warranty.

In short: Our dedicated service depart-ment is organized to supply spare partsand exchange motors, or perform repairjobs on site - wherever that site may be.

Most of us havebeen with the company for many yearsand have grown from apprenticeships tohigh level management positions.
