Absolute Figures for 20 Acres Annual $19,250,000 $32,200,000
Example of 70 Acres of Production:
One 4 X 8 Space could yield a potential 20 to 96 ounces. We are choosing 3 M square feet of space equaling 94,000, 4 X 8 spaces. So our location has the potential to house 940,000 plants. Our worst case output per harvest would be 2.4 M ounces to 4.7 M ounces or $450 M to $940 M Gross depending upon strain, our best case being 9 M ounces or $1.8 Billion to $2.2 Billion Gross.
Figures are considering 70+ acres of farmable land. The more land, the more profit, the more return on investment.

Market Potential & Keys To Success
Below is a map of the states that are currently considering or already have a
marijuana friendly environment.

Market Segmentation & Local Demographics
Current Patient and Revenue Statistics
According to Pros and Cons Dot Org., United States has roughly 2.5 million patients
nationally. While that number seems relatively low there 2.5 patients estimate for
approximately $1.5 Million in revenue, according to the U.S. Government, and that
number is said to quadruple within the next decade.
Patients will not be our only customers. Most legal dispensaries, will buy a variation
of product at wholesale prices to resale to its patients. This is another untapped
market for Alternative Organic Solutions, Inc.
There are multiple ways to generate revenue. Alternative Organic Solutions, Inc. will
obtain patients by referral, through Department of Welfare, MMJ Night Clubs, and
Compassion Clubs. We can also obtain medical clients who participate in medical
marijuana treatment plans, we will be able to wholesale our products to other
dispensaries acrossed America. Another way to generate revenue is to actually
provide delivery services for patients that are incapacitated. After all thorough
projections, and low overhead considerations, we can easily see a Gross Profit
Margin at a consistent 80%.

Hard Numbers
The industry has shown significant progress since inception. With more than 18
states legalized, the national market, according to the ArcView Report is said to
$1.53 Billion. Estimates show that number will climb to $10.2 Billion over the next 5
years.
Legalization in Maine stands to generate a substantial amount of revenue. In 2014,
Colorado’s tax revenue alone topped $6 Million. The state estimates this next fiscal
year to show returns of upward $98 Million, $40 Million of which they intend to
dedicate primarily to school construction. Aside from the revenue aspect Colorado’s
job market consist of 7,500 to 10,000 jobs consistently.
The state of Washington will see a return of $190 Million over the next 4 years.
California Dispensaries receive an average annual tax revenue of $105 million, while
the Arizona market grew from $35 Million to $140 Million over the course of a year.
There are hard numbers coming in from legalized states daily. If we consider Maine,
Rhode Island, and Maryland in dollars for legalization, we could see returns of $36
million, $60 Million, and $135 Million, respectively within the next 12 months.
Now for the most important statistic, it costs the state and federal governments
$17.4 Billion per year to maintain the prohibition of Marijuana. Oregon being newly
legalized is an untapped decriminalized and recreational market. It is a progressive
industry with a lot promise for significant returns, and job creation.

In closing, it would be relatively safe to say that each potential 4 X 8 Space could
yield a potential 20 to 96 ounces. In our particular choice location there are 6000
square feet of space equaling 186, 4 X 8 spaces. So our location has the potential to
house 930 to 1116 plants. Our worst case output per harvest would be 1860 ounces
or $465,000 to $651,000 depending upon strain, our best case being 8928 ounces or
$5 million to $10 Million.

Future Endeavors
MMJ Resort & Investor Exit Strategy
By year 3 our company would like to test market our concept idea in Oregon,
Colorado, Washington, and Pennsylvania a Marijuana Friendly Resorts. This would
add large commercial real estate assets to our portfolio, and provide investors with
a solid exit strategy. This will increase our revenue significantly. Although, we are
looking for a 5 year term loan for this concept, we should be able to pay it off by the
end of year 3, and break ground for our second resort providing investor’s in the
second round around Exit Strategy should they chose to reinvest in our firm.
