• The means is education, hotline, investigation and followup

• The model is from Belize

• It works

• 6477- 6662 is the AAC Hotline Number

• It is staffed 7x24 by a bilingual operator, Rodny Moreno

• Call for medical emergencies, Crime, road side emergencies

• Consider it a private 911 service

Education

• Seminars on how to protect your home

• Detailed information at http://www.altoalcrimen.com

• Home inspections by volunteers

Investigation

• Working with the Police and DIJ

• Providing access to a Private Investigator and contracting for him when necessary

• Providing information and resources to the Police when requested and deemed necessary

• Why? because as we learn, we see the need to have both arrest and trial.

• It all depends upon you and what you want

• Do you want the hotline, deterrence programs, education, investigation and bad guys in prison?

• If so we need the community to provide funding.
