President’s Message
PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE for
SEPTEMBER 2018
It was with pleasure when I opened a communication
from Altrusa International congratulating our Club for
being recognized as a 2017-2018 Distinguished Altrusa
Club.
The letter goes on to say that we demonstrated our
commitment to the Principles of Altrusa by achieving this
great honor. The winning Clubs were selected using
information provided on key components that are the
foundation of strong clubs. The information was
collected in categories such as Service, Membership,
Financial, Leadership, and Communications. Leanne
Milligan, International President, thanks all of us for the
service we do for the community, in the name of Altrusa.
It is a pleasure to belong to this Altrusa Club because of
what we do for the community and every member of our
club. We work well together and I am proud of every one
of you.
So be proud of what you do in your name and the name
of Altrusa.
Your President, Rita
