We have set up a state-of-the-art production unit, where the engineers and technicians carry out all

manufacturing and finishing operations. The plant established by us has the annual production capacity of

400 metric tons of foil, with thicknesses ranging from 0.2-0.4 mm. Spread over an area of 20000 sq. ft., this

unit has 2 and 6 color Imported Rotogravuer printing machines that have installed capacity of 30 tons per

month. We make use of aluminium foils and blister foils while developing the products as per the standards

set by Aluminium Association, USA. Our infrastructure consist following:

A 15,000 sq ft covered area for manufacturing plant with 20,000 sq ft plot area.

A Air Handling Unit.

A Height engine of 100 KVA for 24 hrs.

A Segregated area for Production.

A Proper changing room for both labour as well as visitors.

A Latest facilities for loading & unloading.

A Air curtains, PVC strips & insect killers.

A Aluminium & glass partitions.

A Using latest software for activities.

A Complete all legal documentation i.e. Sop’s & Stp’s.
