Mildly acidic, phosphoric base, good detergency & water soluble solvents, removes oils, inks and shop soils – works well on wrought and cast alloys, easy rinsing, in lines where poor rinsing, this can replace alkaline soak cleaners.

ALUMAL ETCH AB 220 Liquid Provides foam blanket to reduce fume from alkaline etching and jig stripping baths, as well as anodising baths.


Unique formulation additive for Alkaline caustic etching baths - improves the etching performance & solution life. Low foaming formulation contains no nitrate, nitrite, chlorate or chlorite. Excellent dispersing properties, complexing agent prevents formation of aluminium hydroxide deposits on tank and equipment even at high aluminium concentrations


Liquid additive for long-term etching baths, used in combination with caustic soda. Produces a uniform and matt satin finish. High tolerance to dissolved aluminium, prevent alumina deposit on tank and equipment. Decreases bath viscosity, therefore drag-out losses are minimised and rinsing properties improved. Low foaming even with large parts loads.


Versatile Alk caustic etching system: Options - operated with low or high NaOH. Decreases the etching rate Aluminium and lowers caustic soda consumption & AL losses. Excellent dispersing properties, complexing agent prevents formation aluminium hydroxide deposits tank and equipment also with high conc AL. Improved formulation, the viscosity of matte etching bath is decreased - drag- out losses are minimized wasting less caustic soda to treatment.


Phosphoric based blend of acids and surfactants for uniformly acid etching and cleaning all alloys. For installations where limited cleaning steps are available, this etch cleaner can be used for overcoming short cleaning cycles, low fuming during use.


Non-phosphoric blend of acids (non- nitric) & surfactants with excellent rinsing and biodegradable for uniformly etching and cleaning all alloys. Fluoride based additive for acidic pickling baths. For use in blending deoxidisers or nitric acid desmutting mixtures. Increases etching speed, very efficient to deoxidize silicon rich alloys, especially cast aluminium. It is a safer and easy replacement for liquid hydrofluoric acid.

ANODISING


ALUMAL ELOX 557 Liquid

Anodising bath additive improving the efficiency of the process and layer performance. Allows to work at temperature up to 30°C and increases the tolerance in aluminium dissolved. Saves electricity and sulphuric acid consumptions. Improves the layer quality by increasing hardness, brightness, colour penetration and efficiency of the sealing process.

CONVERSION COATING


LANTHANE VS 621 Liquid Passivation for aluminium, based on trivalent chromium, containing nickel and cobalt (2 liquid parts). Provides high bare corrosion resistance. Can also be used for the protection of zinc die cast parts.

LANTHANE 613.3 Liquid

Passivation based on trivalent chromium (2 liquid parts). Free of CMR substance. Provides high bare corrosion resistance. Improves paint adhesion and corrosion resistance of painted parts. Preserves the electrical conductivity of the surface. Can also be used for protection of zinc die cast parts and as pre-sealing of anodised aluminium.

LANTHANE DIP 610 Liquid Patented post-treatment for LANTHANE 613.3 to improve bare corrosion resistance of all alloys, especially on copper-rich alloys.

ALUMAL BOND 701 Liquid

Cr-free conversion coating for pre-treatment prior to painting, powder coating or lacquering. Approved by Qualicoat. Based on polymers mixture and titanium, free of CMR substance. Can be used as no-rinse process. Provide excellent paint adhesion and optimal corrosion resistance.

ELECTRO - COLOURING OF ANODISED ALUMINIUM


ALUMAL COLOURS 801 Liquid Liquid Stabiliser for electro - colouring baths based on tin sulphate. Prevents oxidation of tin (II) and provides excellent throwing power.

ALUMAL COLOURS 890/891 Liquid

Complete process for electro - colouring based on tin sulphate. The 890 is a ready-mix stabilised and balanced solution containing stannous sulphate and stabiliser component for the replenishment of the electro - colouring electrolyte. The 891 is a stabiliser component to prevent oxidation of tin (II) and improve throwing power. The process gives weather resistant colour, from light bronze to black depending on the treatment time.

ALUMAL COPPER 881/882 Liquid

The 881 is a complete process for the electro - colouring of a range of red colours from pale pink through brick red to black. It is a balanced formulation for most applications – only on recommendation of COVENTYA personnel would the 882 be required under specific operating conditions. Can produce a deep black colour at a lower cost than tin based electro - colouring solutions.

ALUMAL STEEL 885/886 Liquid

Complete process for the electro - colouring of a range of light to dark grey as well as typical stainless steel finish and lighter bronze shades. The 885 is a ready-mix stabilised and balanced solution containing nickel and stabiliser component for the replenishment of the electro - colouring electrolyte. The 886 is a stabiliser component. Easy to control as the colour does not fade during production or rinsing.

ALUMAL COLOURS 890 Liquid The 890 is a ready-mix stabilized and balanced solution containing stannous sulfate and stabilizer component for the replenishment of the electro - colouring electrolyte.

ALUMAL COLOURS 825 Liquid

The 825 is a balanced solution containing stannous sulfate at least 220 gr litre as replenishment of the electro - colouring electrolyte.

The 891 is a liquid stabilizer component used in electrolytes containing stannous sulfate for the electro - colouring of anodized aluminium. System used with Sulfuric Acidic.
