When these indicators have been set to Y the system will automatically extract data from the PNR: PEI Itinerary and TST (dates from the segments

and fare from the TST) – set to Y in Scandinavia

Automatic update of personal preferences

Each sales agent (or the security administrator) can set two preferences, which will handle their preference for a specific provider and for a specific product: IPV may be updated with the preferred provider
