OUTCOMES AND EVALUATION

The art exhibition was a major success and I’m glad to have been a part of it. As a full time art major it was great to see other parts of the university reaching out and showcasing artists work. We are used to always being a close knit community in the other side of campus but it was a nice change to interact with other people and departments from the university.

I was very glad to have been accepted into the Student Art Exhibition. I am used to only seeing my work as a digital medium and entering into the exhibition really broke me out of the digital-only shell and got me to finally get a print of my work. It was also great seeing all the other artists that are involved in the UConn community. As a non-art major, it was really cool to learn that a lot of the submissions were also from non-art majors. I will definitely submit work next time there is another exhibition.
