INTRODUCTION

At ORIGIN, we believe that the only success is our Ambassadors’ success, and we will work to provide the necessary tools, training, support, and compensation to maximize our Ambassadors’ personal growth and earning potential.

ORIGIN recognizes the Ambassadors as equal partners in the business. Therefore, up to 110% of the commissionable volume [CV] is paid through the OS.1™ Ambassador plan. ORIGIN does not restrict the number of donors an Ambassador may acquire or the number of Ambassadors they can Sponsor into the ORIGIN Opportunity. ORIGIN commits to pay out a 100% minimum of all CV on a monthly basis. Our compensation plan has been calculated and designed to achieve this. Breakage has been eliminated, which makes this plan exceptional in the industry. If Breakage occurs, it will be added to our TVC commissions [Team Volume Commissions].

DEFINITIONS

To help you understand the ORIGIN OS.1™ Ambassador Plan, we have provided some brief definitions of terms used in the plan:

Leg A descending line of sponsorship starting with you. In our Team Volume Structure Com-mission compensation plan, there are two initial lines of sponsorship permitted per Ambas-sador position, commonly referred to as the 1st Leg and the 2nd Leg, and at a later stage, a 3rd leg. [One can of course enroll as many people as desired as these enrollees are placed in either the 1st or the 2nd leg].

Unilevel Tree The people you enroll, the people they enroll, etc. (irrespective of where they are placed).

Placement Tree The organizational structure of where people are placed, level-by-level.

Level The chronology of where people are placed in the Team Volume structure or Unilevel trees, with one person following another.

Personal Volume The CV from personal orders.

GQV (Group Qualifying Volume) The collective volume, CV, from all sales generated by Ambassadors (including their donors), as speci-fied by Rank.

Qualifying Volume (QV) A value assigned to an item and used to track business activity and qualifications and to calculate volume for Rank Advancement. QV is the value that calculates rank advancement. Commissions are paid on CV, the QV calculates the value for rank advancement. QV is either on par with CV or higher. If it's higher, it will be specifically men-tioned. QV can also been assigned without CV. An example is our Plan 4 Ambassador Entry which assigns monthly QV. If QV is not men-tioned the CV is on par with QV.

1st Leg The Team Volume Structure Leg [Premier Leg] (left or right) that has the largest amount of collective volume CV at the end of a commissionable period. ORIGIN compen-sates equally on the 1st and the 2nd legs [Matching Volume]. ORIGIN also compensates up to 3% on up to 50% of the excess volume of the 1st leg [The Largest Volume].

2nd Leg The Team Volume Structure Leg (left or right) that has the least amount of collective volume CV at the end of a commissionable period. ORIGIN compensates equally on the Matching Volume of the 1st and 2nd leg.

Ambassadors Independent business owners who participate in the ORIGIN Income Oppor-tunity and develop a marketing organization to market the products.

Cap A cap on earnings prevents an overpay of commissions. In order to have lower performing or start up distributors in earnings, one needs to balance the commission plan. This is the case in any compensation plan. As it is impossible to pay out more commission than the product actually costs, the caps in the OS.1 plan are set to prevent a person from “leaning back at an early stage” and to safeguard overpayment. If a person builds the minimal requirements in the structure, the only maximum cap that will most likely apply is a €100,000 per month on TVC commissions. The total income for a “balanced organization” is then estimated to range from approximately €125,000 to €175,000 in total earnings. [After maximizing the top-level cap, it will be extended with additional requirements in order to increase earnings for our top-position earners]. Caps make it possible to pay more and faster for the lower positions and secure the plan against overpaying. Because ORIGIN pays on volume in an unlimited amount of levels, caps are set on volume. In a regular Unilevel plan “caps” are set via a maximum amount of pay-levels to protect against an overpay.

Commissionable Volume (CV) A value assigned to an item and used to track business activity and qualifications and to calculate commissions. CV is the indication for commis-sions’ assignment; Companies can actually pay more or less than the actual CV value. ORIGIN pays up to a 110% on CV.

Rank Denotes achievement levels within the Compensation Plan. Rank is used to calculate compensation (Pay Rank) and recognize productivity (Recognition or Title Rank).

Personal Volume The collective volume from your personal consumption orders and whole-sale orders.

Matching Volume The equal volume from the 1st Leg and the 2nd Leg.

Sponsor The person who introduced you to ORIGIN.

Placement Sponsor The person that is directly above your position.

LONG-TERM INCOME

4 TEAM VOLUME COMMISSIONS [TVC]

Team Volume Commissions are another cornerstone of the Ambassador Plan. The Team Volume Commissions are derived from a dynamic structure that compensates you for successfully generating sales volume within your placement tree and motivating your organization to do the same. Earn on the sales of the Ambassadors that you, your up-line, and your down-line place within your placement tree.

Each placement tree has two sides, a Left side and a Right side, either of which can be the 1st leg or the 2nd on any given commissionable period. The Ambassador Plan allows you to earn up to 20%* on the sales volume of both legs [10% per leg] to an unlimited depth on matching volume. Set your foundation and activate your Team Volume Commissions by developing two (2) personally sponsored qualified Ambassadors, one on the Left Team and one on the Right Team and a total of one (1) additional qualified Ambassadors enrolled by your personal enrollees in each leg (or placed by yourself). The minimum volume per leg should be €50 CV [Total €100]. Once this has been achieved, you have opened your TVC commission plan and you will start earning on all matching volumes.

After your TVC qualification, the TVC commissions are paid on matching volumes with a 50% + requirement in the premier leg [1st leg], thus a 2:1 ratio. For instance, 50 CV in the 1st leg and 25 CV in the 2nd leg pay a 20% on a total of 50 CV [2 × 25 CV matching volume]. On the 1st leg, ORIGIN also pays an extra up to 3% Premier Leg Commission [See next page].

Ambassadors who meet their rank’s sales qualifications are eligible to earn TVC as follows: Qualified Plan 2 Ambassadors earn 15%* on matching volumes in both legs [7,5% per leg]. Qualified Plan 3 Ambassadors earn up to 20%* [10% per leg]. Qualified Plan 4 Ambassadors earn up to 25%* [12,5% per leg]. Monthly TVC caps apply.

Maximum monthly earnings in TVC plan: Qualified Plan 2 Ambassadors €200 [Plan 2 Ambassadors can upgrade at any time to Plan 3 and increase earnings], Plan 3 Ambassadors €250 [Plan 3 Ambassadors can upgrade at any time to Plan 4 and increase earnings], Qualified Plan 4 Ambassadors €275, Senior Distributor €300, Marketing Associate €500, Senior Marketing Associate €1000, Supervisor €2000, Senior Supervisor€3000, Executive €5000, Senior Executive €10,000, Marketing Director €12,500, Senior Marketing Director €17,500, President’s Team €25,000, Senior President’s Team €50,000, Chairman’s Team €75,000, and Executive Chairman’s Team €100,000. After accomplishing the maximum payout of €100,000, a new 3rd position will be assigned above your 1st leg.

DYNAMIC TVC BREAKAGE FLUCTUATION: For Qualified Plan 2 Ambassadors, the average targeted payout has been established at 15%; this payout can fluctuate between 10% and 17,5%.. For Qualified Plan 3 Ambassadors, the average targeted payout has been established at 20%; this payout can fluctuate between 15% and 25%. For Qualified Plan 4 Ambassadors, the average targeted payout has been established at 25%; this payout can fluctuate between 20% and 30%. This fluctuation depends on excess volume or an overqualified number of Ambassa-dors. DYNAMIC TVC BREAKAGE FLUCTUATION pushes out all breakage [excess volume] in order to ensure a maximum payout.

LONG-TERM INCOME

5 TVC 1ST [PREMIER] LEG COMMISSIONS

We recognize that building 2 lines is the easiest way to qualify for the organizational long-term income. But, we know from experience that 1 leg will always grow faster than the other. We have therefore built in a compensation to extend the pay zone in the 1st leg by rewarding up to 3% over total sales in the 1st leg, up to 50% of the volume of the 2nd leg! This creates an incentive to build deep in both legs and get rewarded accordingly [See Chart].

Qualified Senior Distributors earn an additional 1% on their1st leg volume down to 50% more volume than on their 2nd leg.

Qualified Marketing Associates earn an additional 1.5% on their1st leg volume down to 50% more volume than on their 2nd leg.

Qualified Supervisors earn an additional 2% on their1st leg volume down to 50% more volume than on their 2nd leg.

Qualified Executives earn an additional 2,5% on their1st leg volume down to 50% more volume than on their 2nd leg.

Qualified Marketing Directors and higher earn an additional 3% on their 1st leg volume down to 50% more volume than on their 2nd leg.

6 GENERATIONAL MATCHING BONUS [GMB]

Earn Generational Matching Bonuses of up to 5 generations. 10% on the TVC commissions of your personally sponsored Ambassadors. Plus earn 10%, 5%, 5%, and 5% matching bonuses on up to four (4) additional levels. Matching Bonuses encourage Sponsors to mentor and help develop Ambassadors deep within their marketing organization. This bonus pays on the activity of your Personal Enrollment Tree. Therefore, the placement of a down-line Ambassadors within your Team Volume Commissions structure does not affect your Matching Bonus payout. This is basically a Unilevel Generation plan that could have you earn on volume, which is situated hundreds of levels deep [See Chart].

Qualification: Qualified Senior Distributors must have personally enrolled 4 qualified Ambassadors of which 2 are in each leg. For the 2nd tier (generation 2 and beyond), Qualified Senior Distributor must have and additional 2 qualified personally enrolled Ambassadors (total 6) of which 3 are in each leg.

Monthly caps for positions: Senior Distributor, Marketing Associate, Senior Marketing Associate, Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, and Executive €2,500. Rest of the ranks: unlimited.
