PLACEMENTSYou’ll spend the first six months in
one of our 39 UK venues learning
how a typical commercial theatre

your working knowledge of a wide
range of centralised departments
to develop an understanding of the
bigger picture. You’ll expand your
experience of the theatre industry
and find out what makes ATG a unique
and exciting company to work for.
In the second year, you will have the
chance to specialise, enabling you
to identify a suitable career path
within ATG.
MENTORSHIPA senior mentor will guide you through
the Graduate Scheme and advise you on
your choices and learning experiences.
You’ll learn about their role and career
history, and they will offer support for your
next steps at the end of the two years.
TRAININGYour path through the Graduate Scheme
will be unique, but you will join other
Graduates and colleagues to complete
relevant training, to underpin your
workplace learning.
