4. Click on “Amend Existing Licence”
3. Click on “Licence Application”
for dropdown menu
5. Click on “Ministry of Education”
7. Click on “Next”
6. Select “Certificate of Registration of School”
9. Click on “Next”
8. Select “Registration of Teacher/Registration of
New Course”
11. Click on “Search”
10. Key in details (where applicable),
fields with “*” are compulsory.
14. Click on “Next”
13. Check on personal
particulars
12. Tick the box to
accept the Terms of Use
15. Click on “Start”
16. Key in details of
teacher and the registered
course
20. Click on “Proceed”
17. Click “Add Another
Course” to confirm course
18. Click “Add Another
Teacher” to confirm
teacher details
19. To edit details, click
the black button.
To delete entry, click on
the red button
21. Click on “Next”
22. Click on “Next”
25. Click on “Submit”
23. Check the
information submitted
24. Tick the boxes to
make the Declaration
26. An application number
will be generated upon
successful submission
TO WITHDRAW:
1. Click on “Applications and
select the same application
number”
2. Click on “Actions”
and select “Withdraw”
