It will restore the voting rights of Floridians with felony convictions after they complete all terms of their sentence including parole or probation. WHO SAYS YES ACLU, Florida Education Association, League of Women Voters WHO SAYS NO Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam (R) ELECTION DAY Polling places are open from 7am to 7pm on Election Day. Any voters waiting in line at 7pm will be allowed to vote. EARLY VOTE From 10/27 to 11/3, you can cast your vote early! All 67 Florida counties will be offering early voting for eligible Floridians. Voters who want to vote early should present the following at the early voting site: a valid photo identification; and a signature identification. To find your early voting polling place see nextgenamerica.org/ballot WHAT TO BRING TO THE POLLS What to bring to your polling place A valid photo ID with your signature is required by the State of Florida. Valid photo IDs are: • Florida driver’s license • Florida identification card issued by the DMV • United States passport or passport card • Student IDs with a signature are accepted at polls as a valid photo ID.
