email from a CRATE team member.

Please allow 48 hours from the time you plan to pick up your order. In the event you

need your order ready prior to the 48 hours required, please call us at (951) 827-5766

and we will do our best to accommodate you. Large orders of 20 platters or more

requires a minimum of 72 hours notice.

All CRATE platters are packed up and ready to go when you are. Complimentary serving

utensils, plates, napkins & cutlery are provided.

Delivery service is available for any order of $50 or more. Each delivery is subject to a

service fee. Call CRATE at (951) 827-5766 to check if we deliver to your area.

We accept Departmental FAU, Credit/Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard), Checks, and

Student Organizational Checks.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

The CRATE team makes every e�ort to accommodate special requests. If we are unable

to fill your request a team member will notify you via phone.

In the case of substitutions, there may be an additional charge depending on the

product requested. In most cases, we gladly make the substitutions at no charge.

However, if there is a change in price of your order a team member will

notify you via phone.

If your request is in relation to a food allergy, we recommend that you call

CRATE at (951) 827-5766 and speak to a CRATE representative about options.

University Departments that purchase products and services from the CRATE Program
