It is always great to spend me with loved ones during the fesvies of the Season! We remember those who couldn’t make it home due to Duty, Training, or Deployments – May God Bless our Mili- tary and our Veterans. As many of us celebrated the coming of the New Year; it also gave us me to reflect on the previous year and all of the highs and lows we experienced. What a full year of service to the community and our veterans we have accomplished. All should be proud of what we have put together throughout the year; I am parcularly humbled by the ongoing support by an amazing cadre of folks who consistently show up to help others. You folks are incredible! You have risen to the challenge every me to help out and make things beer by helping our Members, Veterans and their families, our acve duty, and our community. We have some incredibly generous and talented people who help out wherever they can. I challenge every Member of our Post to volunteer for at least ONE event every month as not to over burden those who so consistently volunteer. Once you get in and lend a hand; you’ll enjoy the camaraderie and feeling of generosity! I also need dedicated Members from each Family to assist with our Coordinang Commiee. Currently, they meet every other month to sync our Families calendars. I’d like to see this grow into generang fun ideas (Super Bowl Party, Valenne’s Day Dance and other dances, special dinners and pares, outside events, etc...). Please let me know if you’d like to get involved to help steer the Post’s acvies. I look forward to serving you all again this year as we look to grow our ranks and connue the great service to our community we have proven to do! Make sure you get your ticket as soon as possible. The drawing for Wagon of Cheer will be done on December 22nd, 2018 at the Legion Christmas Party. Con-tact the bartender or one of the SAL members for tickets and more information. Merry Christmas, Jordan Wharton SAL Commander

Ok Riders, please come out to our January meeting (January 8, 2019) as it’s time to renew member-ships. Please bring your current registration and insurance for validation. I’d really appreciate a good turnout. We have some exciting things to talk about for 2019 (Tuesday Bike Nights starting in April, Spring into Action event, our Poker Run, etc...) The Riders are handling Taco Tuesdays (5pm to 7pm) every 3 rd Tuesday – come out and help!!! Much more fun with a few people than 2 or 3. Give me your ideas so we can ramp up our activities and Post support for 2019!! The Military Vets MC has been starting to come around on Tuesday eve-nings and support the Post – good time to meet our Brother and Sister Riders!! I really need some-one to volunteer as Road Captain to help develop-ing some good rides this year – let me know. Thanks for all you do and supporting our Post!!!!
