Integrity in Communications Scholar • Present Academic Activities Research in progress “The information needs of marginalized communities” A research project conducted as part of the Learning in a Networked Society (LINKS) Israeli Center of Research Excellence (ICORE). Research team includes 5 Ph.D. candidates (N. Tirosh, S. Mola, J. Mendels, G. Abu-Kaf and M. Shacham) and 4 M.A. candidates (A. Sharheh, A. Abudaabes, I. Ben-Yehuda and B. Shomron). The project combines a series of studies conducted within a number of communities in Israel, as well as theoretical work on technological exclusion, its causes and the policy framework with which to tackle it.
