Ammonia-Fueled Electric Vehicle Given ammonia fuel for use in vehicles , the choice of a fuel cell for energy conversion results in an ammonia-fueled electric vehicle. This choice recognizes that electrifica>on of automo>ve power systems is a strong trend projected to strengthen further in the near future. Along these lines, first genera>on of commercial FCEVs has been introduced in 2015. 1
