The acoustical door significantly reduces noise and provides insulation for the main

Electrical Power OutletsThe outlets located in the cabin are not equipped to

handle heavy wattage items like a vacuum cleaner. Use the outlets in the galley or lav for such equipment.

Never attempt to use household appliances onboard without specific approval of the PIC.

Main Cabin Door

Do not open the door without specific direction from the PIC. The cabin must be fully depressurized before unlocking the

The baggage compartment

on the G500 / 550 is available in flight. Do not stay in the baggage compartment for more than 5 minutes and do not close the door while you are in the compartment.

The G350 / 450 door is not part of a pressure bulkhead.

There is a blowout panel provided in the event of a

decompression.

Galley Sink

Always use the drain line heater in flight and on the ground in cold weather conditions.

Always use the strainer in the drain to prevent large particles from clogging the drain line

Do not pour dark liquids (wine, coffee) in the sink unless there is adequate water following to rinse the staining liquid from the exterior.

Ice Drawer

Keep the “clean ice” and the “dirty ice” separate.

Utilize the ice drawer drain valve when leaving the a/c for extended periods so that the water

will drain.

Vacuum and Chemical Toilets

Teflon lined bowls are not to be cleaned using brushes, etc. Liquid household-type toilet bowl cleansers may be used.

Green lights will go out as water level decreases. Level is measured by the weight

of the water in the tank.

Purging Water System - Gulfstream

Ask your PIC if you should perform this task. Purging the system is required when over-nighting in a cold weather environment.

Purging in the AirPress and hold the amber “Purge” button for 3 seconds. The button will return to amber after landing

At the end of the cycle, open all sink faucets

Flush toilets twice

Depress coffee and espresso fill buttons for 5 seconds and open the

vents

Purging on the Ground

Follow the same procedures. The button will return to

amber when cycle is complete or when 15 minutes

have elapsed.
