Note: In case you selected “Yes I have resume” at the beginning, the next tab will not appear for you, so click on “Finish” button in order to submit your account.

This page will appears in case you selected “No, I don’t have a resume” option at the beginning. 1. Select resume format. 2. Click on “Finish” button to submit your account.

Do the following steps to apply on vacancy. 1. Click on “Jobs” tab. 2. Enter search criteria and click on “Go” button. 3. The vacancies will appears. 4. Click on vacancy name for more details. 5. Click on the checkbox of the vacancy and then click on “Add To Basket” in case

you want to check the vacancy details later. 6. Click on “Apply Now” in order to apply on the vacancy.

1. Update your account details such like basic details, previous experience, qualifications for the selected vacancy. 2. Click on “Next” button in case you finish the update or in case you don’t have any updates. Note: The update will not effect your account details, the updates on your account details which you entered here it will be just for applying purposes.

1. Enter Application details. 2. Click on “Next” button to continue.

1. Review application details. 2. Click on “Finish” button to submit your application. 3. The system will show a confirmation message after you finish the applying process.

• Through home screen you will be able to see all notifications related to interviews, offers, and communications.

• You can see all applied vacancies and viewing the details of these vacancies. • You can see all scheduled interviews. • You can see all new offers. • You can update your account details by clicking on “My Account” tab.

• You will receive a notifications through email and system regarding communications sent to you from recruiting team.

• Click on the notification link in order to view this communication message.

• You will be able to see the subject of this communication also you can reply on it. • Click on the “here” link to view details or reply to the message or return back to

worklist (Home Screen). • Through home screen, click in the “Application Details” icon for the applied job

which you wants to see the communications related to it, and then click on “Communications” tab.

• You can create new message or reply to the old messages.

• You will receive a notifications through email and system regarding scheduled interview.

• At “My Interviews” table in the home screen, click on “Interview Details” icon in order to view interview details.

• You will receive a notifications through email and system regarding the offers. • Click on the notification link in order to view offer details and reply to it.

Through offer tab you can: 1. View offer details. 2. Export offer to your computer. 3. Accept or Decline offer
