– For initial installation please use “Administrator”

– Male members appear in Blue– Female members appear in Green– Trainers and Instructors are Blue with a Tie

• Enter pin number, if a pin number has not been selected the default pin number is 1234. – Only trainers and instructors can amend pin

numbers if a member has been forgotten.

• Touch on each position to add details. A touch screen keyboard will appear after each selection. Please use this keyboard to enter in the details including:– Name– Gender– Member type- normal for club members or

trainer/instructor for Staff– Select who the members trainer and instructor are.– Select whether or not to include exercise descriptions

(This can also be changed by the member)

• Select type of member i.e.. normal is a club member or if they are an instructor, trainer or both.

• If a new member, (normal) select who their trainer and instructors are. They can have the same trainer and instructor or have a different trainer to their instructor

member you wish to delete.• Select delete member • Confirm you wish to delete that member.

Note:– If you skip the “Select member” option the program

will assume that you wish to delete the member you were currently accessing.

Note: If you wish to create a program for yourself or a program you don’t wish a client to see, then go to training programs in the trainers main menu and not in member administration

• Enter the program name i.e. Legs/full body etc. By touching on the text box, a touch screen keyboard will appear

• Select add exercise

• Scroll through the exercises using the arrow keys on the right hand side of the screen and select the exercise that you wish to add.

• You can monitor your members attendance and program usage by selecting the settings option in the office functions.

• Choose different coloured flags to indicate members who have not attended for different amounts of time.

• You can add different coloured flags to show when members when they are due for a reassessment.

• Add or delete exercises from the kiosk by adding or deleting the tick. The exercises without ticks will not be visible on the kiosk to other users. – Note: A warning will appear if an exercise is

already in a members program, this will be deleted and not replace if you confirm deletion of the exercise.

printed by members.• Login as a trainer• Select Member administration• Select Office functions• Select Special Offers• Right click with your mouse to add a new image then

select from the file that it is contained in on your computer.– Note: Two file types are required for this screen.

• The initial image file type must be: .bmp, .jpg, .png, .gif, .pcx. The recommended size to ensure clarity is 404x145 pixles.

• The secondary image which is used for the voucher print out must be a Black and White Vector based Metafile, with the file extension of .wmf or .emf. The required size is 3:1 width to height ratio (rectangle).

To Change the screen saver • Select Add Image Select the image you want from

where the image is contained in the your computer

To change the business logo• Select the folder on the right hand side of the screen and

go to the image that you want where it is contained in your computer.
